Claims (6)
- 대향하는 한 쌍의 배관을 연결하는 장치로서,상기 배관을 수용하도록 관통되면서 내주면에 배관이 밀착되는 단턱이 형성되고, 외주면에 체결부가 형성된 소켓과;상기 소켓에 결합되는 배관의 단부 외주면에 나사산이 형성되고, 상기 나사산에 체결되어 밀폐부재를 지지하면서 배관의 이동방향에 따라 밀폐부재를 가압하는 가압링이 밀폐부재와 동일하거나 밀폐부재보다 작은 직경으로 구비된 절곡부와;상기 절곡부에 밀착되도록 원통형으로 형성되어 배관에 결합되면서 연질의 합성수지제로 체결부재의 가압력에 의해 압착 및 확장되는 변형으로 배관 외주면과 소켓 내주면에 밀착되어 밀폐시키는 밀폐부재와;상기 밀폐부재를 소켓의 체결부에 체결되는 체결부재의 체결력으로 가압하도록 배관에 결합되는 가압부재와;상기 소켓의 체결부에 체결되는 체결력에 의해 배관을 이동시켜 소켓의 단턱에 걸리도록 하면서 가압부재가 밀폐부재를 가압하여 압착되도록 하는 체결부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨의 배관 연결장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 절곡부와 밀폐부재 사이의 배관에 장착되어 배관의 당김시 밀폐부재를 견고하게 가압하여 압축시키면서 변형시켜 소켓의 내주면에 압착력을 높일 수 있도록 하는 당김가압링을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨의 배관 연결장치.
