Description
Claims (13)
- 센서 요소(31) 및 전기 접속 요소(34)가 제공된 지지부(3)가 배열되고, 하우징(9)이 센서 요소(31)를 둘러싸고 제1 압력 연결부(12)의 제1 압력 채널(13)과 연결된 제1 하우징 챔버(4)와, 제1 하우징 챔버(4)에 대해 밀봉되고 적어도 전기 접속 요소(34)를 둘러싸는 제2 하우징 챔버(5)를 포함하는, 하우징(9)을 구비한 압력 측정 장치에 있어서,상기 하우징(9)은 제1 하우징 챔버(4) 및 제2 하우징 챔버(5)에 대해 밀봉된 제3 하우징 챔버(6)를 포함하고, 상기 제3 하우징 챔버는 제2 압력 연결부(10)의 제2 압력 채널(11)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(9)은 제1 하우징부(1)와, 바람직하게는 덮개로서 형성된 제2 하우징부(2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제3 하우징 챔버(6)는 센서 요소(31)로부터 먼 지지부(3) 측면에 의해, 그리고 지지부(3)에 인접한 제1 하우징부(1)의 내측(19)에 형성되고 제2 압력 채널(11)과 연결되거나 또는 제2 압력 채널을 형성하는 리세스의 내벽(18)에 의해 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 압력 연결부(12) 및 제2 압력 연결부(10)는 제1하우징부(1)에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지부(3)에 인접한 제1 하우징부(1)의 내측(19)과 센서 요소(31)로부터 먼 지지부(3) 측면 사이에는, 제3 하우징 챔버(6)를 제1 하우징 챔버(4)로부터 밀봉하는 제1 밀봉부(15)가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 하우징부(1)와 제2 하우징부(2)의 지지 영역 내에는 제1 하우징 챔버(4)를 제2 하우징 챔버(5)로부터 밀봉하는 제2 밀봉부(16)가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2 밀봉부(16)는 원형으로 연장되는 밀봉 부분(16a)을 제1 하우징부(1)와 제2 하우징부(2)의 지지 영역 내에 포함하며 원형으로 연장되는 밀봉 부분(16a)을 브릿지 형태로 결합하는 내측 밀봉 부분(16b)을 포함하며, 이 내측 밀봉 부분(16b)은 지지부(3)와, 제2 하우징부(2)에 형성되어 제1 하우징 챔버(4)를 제2 하우징 챔버(5)로부터 분리하는 분리벽(22) 사이의 전환부를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 밀봉부(15) 및/또는 제2 밀봉부(16)는 각각의 밀봉 접착부를 통해, 특히 각각의 접착제 비드를 통해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 밀봉 접착부(15) 및/또는 제2 밀봉 접착부(16)는 실질적으로 각각 하나의 층에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 압력 연결부(12) 및 제2 압력 연결부(10)는 제1 하우징부(1)의 공통 측면으로부터 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 압력 연결부(12)는 제1 하우징부(1)로부터 제2 압력 연결부(10)에 대해 직각으로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, EMV-보호 콘덴서(35)가 제2 하우징 챔버(5) 내부에 지지부(3) 상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 압력차 센서로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
