Claims (8)
- 가변용량형 유압펌프와, 상기 유압펌프에 연결되어 구동하는 액츄에이터와, 상기 유압펌프와 액츄에이터사이의 유로에 설치되며 절환시 액츄에이터의 기동, 정지 및 방향전환을 제어하는 센터바이패스형 방향절환밸브와, 상기 방향절환밸브의 센터바이패스 통로 하류측에 설치되며 상기 유압펌프의 토출유량을 제어하는 파일럿신호 발생수단을 구비하는 유압펌프 토출유량 제어회로에 있어서:상기 액츄에이터에 공급되는 유량을 제어하도록 상기 센터바이패스형 방향절환밸브의 액츄에이터 공급통로에 설치되고, 상기 액츄에이터 공급통로의 상류측 압력과 하류측 압력의 차압 및 밸브스프링의 탄성력에 의해 개구부가 개폐조절되는 유량조절밸브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프 토출유량 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유량조절밸브는 상기 액츄에이터 공급통로의 상류측 압력과 하류측 압력과의 차압을 발생시키며, 외부로부터의 신호에 의해 개구부가 제어되는 가변 오리피스를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프 토출유량 제어회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유량조절밸브는 상기 센터바이패스형 방향절환밸브의 스플 내부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프 토출유량 제어회로.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유량조절밸브는 상기 센터바이패스형 방향절환밸브의 스플 외부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프 토출유량 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파일럿신호 발생수단은;오리피스 및 저압 릴리프밸브로 이루어진 압력 발생장치로서, 상기 파일럿신호 발생수단의 상류측에서 파일럿 신호압을 도출하여 상기 가변용량형 유압펌프를 네가티브 유량제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프 토출유량 제어회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파일럿신호 발생수단은;파일럿 신호압을 토출하는 파일럿 펌프 및 파일럿 신호압을 제어하는 리모트컨트롤밸브를 구비하고, 상기 센터바이패스형 절환밸브를 절환시키며, 상기 가변용량형 유압펌프의 최대 토출량을 제어할 수 있도록 상기 파일럿 펌프로 부터 파일럿 신호압을 도출하여 상기 가변용량형 유압펌프를 포지티브 유량제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프 토출유량 제어회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 센터바이패스형 방향절환밸브의 액츄에이터 공급통로에 설치되는 유량조절밸브는 상기 센터바이패스형 방향절환밸브의 스플 내부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프 토출유량 제어회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 센터바이패스형 방향절환밸브의 액츄에이터 공급통로에 설치되는 유량조절밸브는 상기 센터바이패스형 방향절환밸브의 스플 외부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프 토출유량 제어회로.
