Claims (4)
- 전기강판 제조설비에서 전기강판의 표면에 산화 마그네슘(MgO)을 코팅하는 경우, 강판 표면의 코팅층 결함을 방지하는 장치에 있어서,상기 코팅롤(110a)(110b)의 후방에서 강판(S)의 상,하부측에 초음파를 인가하는 복수의 초음파 발생기(10a)(10b)들을 구비하고, 상기 초음파 발생기(10a)(10b)에 신호를 제공하는 초음파 신호 발생기(20)를 포함하여 강판(S)에 진동을 부여함으로써 초음파 진동에 의한 공기방울(130)을 제거하고, 상기 코팅롤(110a)(110b)의 글루브 홈 형상에 의한 줄무늬(P)를 제거하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 전기강판재의 MgO 코팅시 줄무늬 방지장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅롤(110a)(110b)과 전기강판(S)의 접촉지점을 관측하여 기포가 형성되는 경우, 전기적인 신호를 상기 신호 발생기(20)에 제공함으로써 상기 신호 발생기(20)에서 사전에 설정된 동작 모드로 초음파 발생기(10a)(10b)들을 작동시키기 위하여 신호 발생기(20)에 전기적으로 연결된 기포 감지기(25a)(25b)들을 추가 포함하고, 상기 기포 감지기(25a)(25b)들은 포토 센서(Photo Sensor)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기강판재의 MgO 코팅시 줄무늬 방지장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 발생기(10a)(10b)와 초음파 신호 발생기(20)들을 전기 강판(S)의 상,하부로 이동시키고, 적절한 높이로 유지시키기 위하여 대차(50)를 구비하고, 상기 대차(50)는 강판(S)의 폭방향으로 형성된 레일(52)상에서 이동가능한 프레임(55)을 갖추며, 상기 프레임(55)의 하단에 다수개의 주행 휠(57)들이 장착되어 주행 모터(59)에 의해서 레일(52)상에서 전,후진되어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전기강판재의 MgO 코팅시 줄무늬 방지장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 대차(50)는 상기 프레임(55)에 상하 수직한 방향으로 스크류 축(62)들이 회전가능하도록 장착되고, 상기 스크류 축(62)의 상단에는 정,역회전 모터(65)가 연결되며, 상기 스크류 축(62)에는 그 중간을 기점으로 하여 상하에 각각 오른 나사부(67a)와 왼 나사부(67b)가 형성되며, 상기 오른 나사부(67a)와 왼 나사부(67b)들에는 각각 복수의 승강블럭(69a)(69b)들이 나사결합되고, 상기 승강블럭(69a)(69b)에는 각각 확성판(12a)(12b)들이 연결되는 한편,상기 승강블럭(69a)(69b)들은 그 양측에 각각 가이드 돌기(78a)(78b)들이 돌출되어 상기 프레임(55)을 이루는 수직 기둥(80a)(80b)의 내측 홈(82a)(82b)들에 활주가능하도록 끼워짐으로써, 상기 승강블럭(69a)(69b)들은 상기 정,역회전 모터(65)의 작동으로 스크류 축(62)의 오른 나사부(67a)와 왼 나사부(67b)들을 따라서 상하로 수직으로 안내되어 승하강되며, 강판(S)에 대하여 서로 근접하거나 멀어지도록 동작하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전기강판재의 MgO 코팅시 줄무늬 방지장치.
