Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 도가니(1, 2, 3)와;상기 도가니의 상부에 있는 적어도 하나의 플라스마 토치(5)와 도가니의 외부에 있는 적어도 하나의 권취 유도기(4)를 포함하고 상기 권취 유도기가 도가니의 하부에 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 수단을 포함하는 유리화 소각로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도가니가내화 소재로 된 밑판(2),상기 밑판(2)에 수직으로 위치하고 외주를 따라 연속적인 구조를 가지며 금속 소재로 만들어진 외피(1)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리화 소각로.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은 제2 플라스마 토치를 포함하고, 상기 플라스마 토치들은 전기적으로 분극되어 토치 사이에 아크를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리화 소각로.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 토치가 도가니 내에서 움직일 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유리화 소각로.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 토치가 수직으로 자유롭게 활주할 수 있게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유리화 소각로.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 토치가 상기 권취 유도기로부터 측면으로 벌어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리화 소각로.
- 플라스마가 소각로 내를 산화 분위기로 만드는 산소 플라스마인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 소각로를 사용하는 유리화 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 산화 분위기가 소각로 부하물 중 금속상(metallic phase)의 형성을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리화 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 토치에 의해서만 가열되는 개시 단계와 토치와 권취 유도기에 의해 동시 가열되어 연속 조업하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리화 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 5 항에 따른 소각로를 사용하고, 연속 조업 단계 동안 상기 토치가 상기 소각로의 내용물에 가까이 이동해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리화 방법.
