Claims (15)
- 한 쌍의 전극들 사이에 유기 EL(electroluminescent)층을 포함하는 유기층이 협지되어 구성된 유기 EL 소자를 기판 위에 형성한 유기 EL 패널로서,성막용 마스크의 하나의 개구부에 따라 균일한 성막 재료로 형성되는 상기 유기 EL 소자에 관련되는 하나의 성막 영역이, 상기 성막용 마스크의 각각의 설정마다 각각 형성되는 복수의 층에 의해 형성되는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성막용 마스크의 설정은 동일한 성막용 마스크를 상기 개구부의 설계 여유 이하의 거리만큼 이동함으로써 변경되는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성막용 마스크의 설정은 동일한 성막용 마스크의 상이한 개구부를 상기 성막 영역 상으로 이동시킴으로써 변경되고, 동일한 형상으로 형성된 개구부를 갖는 상기 성막용 마스크는 소정의 피치마다 배치되는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성막용 마스크의 설정은, 상기 성막용 마스크를 상기 개구부의 동일한 패턴을 갖는 다른 성막용 마스크로 치환함으로써 변경되는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 소자는 상기 유기층의 발광층인 유기 EL 패널.
- 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법으로서,한 쌍의 전극들 사이에 협지된 유기 EL층을 갖는 유기층을 포함하는 유기 EL 소자를 준비하는 단계;성막용 마스크의 설정을 수행하는 단계; 및상기 유기 EL과 관련되며 상기 성막용 마스크의 하나의 개구부에 따라 균일한 성막 재료로 형성되는 하나의 성막 영역을 상기 성막용 마스크의 각 설정마다 복수회 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 성막용 마스크의 설정은 동일한 성막용 마스크를 상기 성막용 마스크의 상기 개구부의 설계 여유 이하의 거리만큼 이동함으로써 변경되는 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 성막용 마스크의 설정은 동일한 성막용 마스크의 상이한 개구부들을 상기 성막 영역 상으로 이동시킴으로써 변경되고, 동일한 형상으로 형성된 개구부를 갖는 상기 성막용 마스크는 소정의 피치마다 배치되는 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 성막용 마스크의 설정은, 상기 성막용 마스크를 상기 개구부의 동일한 패턴을 갖는 다른 성막용 마스크로 치환함으로써 변경되는 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 소자는 상기 유기층의 발광층인 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법.
- 유기 EL 패널에 있어서,기판;상기 기판에 대해 위치된 한쌍의 전극들; 및상기 한쌍의 전극들 사이에 배치된 유기 EL층을 갖는 유기층을 포함하는 유기 EL 소자를 포함하며,하나의 성막 영역은 성막용 마스크의 하나의 개구부에 따라 균일한 성막 재료로 형성되는 상기 유기 EL 소자에 관련되며,상기 하나의 성막 영역은, 상기 성막용 마스크의 각 설정마다 각각 형성되는복수의 층에 의해 형성되는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 성막용 마스크의 설정은 동일한 성막용 마스크를 상기 개구부의 설계 여유 이하의 거리만큼 이동함으로써 변경되는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 성막용 마스크의 설정은 동일한 성막용 마스크의 상이한 개구부들을 상기 성막 영역 상으로 이동시킴으로써 변경되고,동일한 패턴에 의해 형성된 개구부를 갖는 상기 성막용 마스크는 소정의 피치마다 배치되는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 성막용 마스크의 설정은, 상기 성막용 마스크를 상기 개구부의 동일한 패턴을 갖는 다른 성막용 마스크로 치환함으로써 변경되는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 소자는 상기 유기층의 발광층인 유기 EL 패널.
