Claims (15)
- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 유기 발광 기능층을 포함하는 유기층이 협지된 유기 EL 소자를 기판 상에 형성한 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법에 있어서,제1 발광층과, 상기 제1 발광층의 성막에 사용된 성막용 마스크를 설정 변경하여 그 성막용 마스크와 동일한 패턴을 갖는 다른 성막용 마스크를 사용하여 상기 제1 발광층과 동일한 재료로 상기 제1 발광층 상에 성막된 제2 발광층에 의해 상기 유기 발광 기능층을 형성하는 단계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법.

- 한 쌍의 전극 사이에 유기 발광 기능층을 포함하는 유기층이 협지된 유기 EL 소자를 기판상에 형성한 유기 EL 패널로서,기판;상기 기판과 상대적으로 형성되는 한 쌍의 전극; 및상기 한 쌍의 전극에 형성되는 발광층을 포함하는 적어도 한 층의 유기층을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 유기 EL 소자를 포함하고,상기 발광층은 제1 발광층과 제2 발광층을 포함하는 복수의 층에 의해 형성되고, 상기 제1 발광층 상에 상기 제2 발광층이 형성되며, 상기 제2 발광층은 상기 제1 발광층과 동일한 재료로 성막되어 있고, 상기 제1 발광층의 성막 영역과 상기 제2 발광층의 성막 영역은 서로 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 패널.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2 발광층은, 상기 제1 발광층의 성막에 사용된 성막용 마스크를 이동시키는 것에 의하여 상기 제1 발광층과 동일한 재료로 상기 제1 발광층 상에 성막되고, 상기 제1 발광층의 미성막 부분상에 상기 제2 발광층의 성막 영역이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 패널.
