Claims (8)
- 치료학적 유효량의 철분(Fe) 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 착염을 함유하는 고밀도 펠렛(pellet) 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펠렛의 진밀도(true density)가 1.8 g/㎖ 이상이고 부피밀도(bulk density)가 0.95 g/㎖ 이상인 고밀도 펠렛 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철분(Fe) 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 착염이 펠렛 총 중량에 대하여 5 ∼ 90 중량% 인 고밀도 펠렛 조성물.
- 치료학적 유효량의 철분(Fe) 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 착염을 함유하는 고밀도 펠렛을 원심분리형 과립기(Centrifugal granulator)를 이용하여 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 원심분리형 과립기 내에 결합제가 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 펠렛의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결합제가 백당, 포도당, 전분, 젤라틴, 히드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필 메칠셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 코포비돈, 카르복시메칠셀룰로오스 나트륨, 아라비아고무 또는 에칠셀룰로오스인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 펠렛의 제조방법.
- 상기 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 결합제의 농도가 1∼50 %(w/w)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 펠렛의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 치료학적 유효량의 철분(Fe) 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 착염을 함유하는 고밀도 펠렛을 충전한 캡슐제.
