- 제1항에 있어서, 100 ℃에서 횡방향 치수 대 종방향 치수의 수축 비율이 1:1 내지 10:1의 범위인 튜브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 100 ℃에서 횡방향 치수 대 종방향 치수의 수축 비율이 1:1을 초과하는 튜브.

- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 열-밀봉가능한 층에 접하는 면과 반대쪽의 기판 면상에 배치된 인쇄가능 또는 잉크-수용성 층을 더 포함하는 튜브.
- 제18항에 있어서, 인쇄가능 또는 잉크-수용성 층 고분자가 아크릴 및(또는) 메타크릴 고분자 수지인 튜브.
- 제18항에 있어서, 인쇄 가능 또는 잉크-수용성 층 고분자가 약 35 내지 60 몰% 에틸 아크릴레이트, 약 30 내지 55 몰% 메틸 메타크릴레이트 및 약 2 내지 20 몰% 메타크릴아미드를 포함하는 튜브.
- 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열-밀봉가능한 다층 필름이 박리성인 튜브.
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 필름이 상기 필름의 하나의 다층 부분이 상기 필름의 인접한 다층 부분으로부터 분리될 수 있게 하는 다수의 분리 수단을 포함하며, 각 분리 수단이 그 종방향 치수와 실질적으로 평행한 튜브의 치수를 따라 연장된 하나 또는 두개의 세트의 천공을 포함하는 튜브.
- 제22항에 있어서, 2개의 분리 수단이 있는 튜브.
- 열-밀봉가능한 다층 고분자 필름이 수축성 기판 층에 적층된 추가의 수축성 층을 포함하지 않는 조건으로, 수축성 기판 층이 55 내지 100 ℃의 온도 범위에 걸쳐 제1 치수로 약 0 % 내지 약 50 %의 수축 정도를 가지고 55 내지 100 ℃의 온도 범위에 걸쳐 제2 수직 치수로 약 5 내지 약 70 %의 수축 정도를 가지며, 그 표면상에 열-밀봉가능한 층을 가지는 고분자 물질의 수축성 기판 층을 포함하는 열-밀봉가능한 다층 고분자 필름.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 필름.
- (i) 55 내지 100 ℃의 온도 범위에 걸쳐 한 치수로 약 0 % 내지 약 50 %의 수축 정도를 가지고 55 내지 100 ℃의 온도 범위에 걸쳐 다른 치수로 약 5 내지 약 70 %의 수축 정도를 가지는 고분자 필름 기판을 형성하는 단계;(ii) 상기 고분자 필름 기판의 제1 표면 상에 열-밀봉가능한 층을, 상기 열-밀봉가능한 층의 고분자 물질로 기판의 표면을 코팅하거나, 열-밀봉가능한 층과 기판의 각각의 필름 형성 고분자 물질의 공압출에 의해 제공하는 단계;(iii) 임의로 열-밀봉가능한 층에 접하는 면과 반대쪽의 기판 면상에 인쇄가능 또는 잉크-수용성 층을 제공하고, 임의로 상기 인쇄가능 또는 잉크-수용성 층 상에 인쇄하는 단계; 및(iv) 임의로 필름 중에 다수의 분리 수단을 혼입하는 단계를 포함하는 제24항 또는 제25항의 다층 고분자 필름의 생산 방법.
- 제26항의 (i) 내지 (iv) 단계를 포함하며 추가로 (v) 필름의 한쪽 말단 부분을 필름의 다른 말단 부분에 밀봉함으로써 개구형 튜브를 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 다층 고분자 필름 벽을 포함하는 개구형 튜브의 생산 방법.
- 제26항 또는 제27항에 있어서, 단계 (i)와 (ii)가 상기 열-밀봉가능한 층의 형성에서 즉시처리 (in-line) 또는 비-직결 (off-line) 코팅 기술을 포함하는 공정에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제26항 또는 제27항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (i)과 (ii)가(a) 고분자 물질의 상기 기판 층을 용융-압출하는 단계;(b) 상기 기판을 제1 방향으로 연신하는 단계;(c) 임의로 상기 기판을 제2 수직 방향으로 연신하는 단계;(d) 임의로 연신된 필름을 열-경화하는 단계;(e) 열-밀봉가능한 코팅층을 기판의 표면 상에, 용융 고분자 물질을 그 위에 직접 용융-코팅하여 형성시키는 단계; 및(f) 코팅된 기판을 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는 용융-코팅 공정에 의해 수행되며, 코팅 단계 (e)가 단계 (b) 이전 또는 단계 (b)와 (c) 사이에 수행되는 방법.
- (i) 55 내지 100 ℃의 온도 범위에 걸쳐 한 치수로 약 0 % 내지 약 50 %의 수축 정도를 가지고 55 내지 100 ℃의 온도 범위에 걸쳐 다른 치수로 약 5 내지 약 70 %의 수축 정도를 가지는 고분자 필름 기판을 형성하는 단계;(ii) 상기 고분자 필름 기판의 제1 표면 상에 열-밀봉가능한 층을, 상기 열-밀봉가능한 층의 고분자 물질로 기판의 표면을 코팅하거나, 열-밀봉가능한 층과 기판의 각각의 필름 형성 고분자 물질의 공압출에 의해 제공하는 단계;(iii) 임의로 열-밀봉가능한 층에 접하는 면과 반대쪽의 기판 면상에 인쇄가능 또는 잉크-수용성 층을 제공하고, 임의로 상기 인쇄가능 또는 잉크-수용성 층 상에 인쇄하는 단계;(iv) 임의로 필름 중에 다수의 분리 수단을 혼입하는 단계;(v) 상기 필름의 열-밀봉가능한 층이 용기와 접촉하도록 하고, 상기 분리 수단이 존재하는 경우에, 용기와 접촉하는 필름의 부분이 2개의 상기 분리 수단 사이의 필름 부분이 되도록, 상기 다층 고분자 필름을 용기 위 또는 주위에 위치시키는 단계;(vi) 용기의 개구 말단을 형성하는 용기의 표면과 필름 사이를 밀봉하여 필름의 "뚜껑 부분"을 형성하는 단계;(vii) 용기가 튜브 안에 위치하도록, 필름의 한쪽 말단 부분을 필름의 다른 말단 부분에 밀봉함으로써 개구형 튜브를 형성하는 단계; 및(viii) 튜브가 용기 주위에 확실히 꼭맞게 하도록 튜브를 수축시키기 위해 용기와 밀봉된 튜브를 열에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하는, 조리-준비된 간편 식품을 위한 그릇으로서 사용에 적합한 용기를 밀봉시키는 방법.
- 제30항에 있어서, 단계 (vii)가 단계 (v)와 (vi) 전에 실행되는 방법.
- 제26항 내지 제31항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 분리 수단이 그 종방향 치수와 실질적으로 평행한 튜브의 치수를 따라 연장된 하나 또는 두개의 세트의 천공을 포함하는 방법.
- 제26항 내지 제32항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층 고분자 필름의 성분이 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 것인 방법.
- 식품 또는 음료를 함유하는 그릇, 및 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 고분자 튜브로부터 형성된 포장 슬리브를 포함하는 밀봉된 용기.
- 제34항에 있어서, 포장 슬리브가 용기의 개구 말단 위에 밀봉을 형성하는 뚜껑 부분과 용기의 대향 측면과 하면을 둘러싸는 기부 부분을 포함하며, 상기 기부 부분과 뚜껑 부분은 2개의 분리 수단에 의해 분리되고 분리가능하며, 각 분리 수단이 그 종방향 치수와 실질적으로 평행한 슬리브의 치수를 따라 연장된 하나 또는 두개의 세트의 천공을 포함하는 밀봉된 용기.
- 포장이, 그 안에 용기가 배치된 개구형 튜브 또는 슬리브 형태이며, 상기 포장의 제1 부분이 상기 용기를 밀봉하고, 상기 포장의 제2 부분이 상기 오븐용 음식의 요리 사이클 전에 상기 제1 부분으로부터 분리가능한, 조리 준비된 오븐용 음식을 위한 그릇으로서 적합한 용기에 대한 포장의 제조에서의 제24항 또는 제25항에 기술된 필름의 용도.
