Abstract
PURPOSE:To constitute the titled device so that each process can cope with a production fluctuation of a production equipment of a final process, by grasping an actual result of a production of each process and a stock between each process in a real time, grasping a work request to the present process after the succeeding process, and displaying it immediately on each process. CONSTITUTION:In all processes, an actual result of a production is collected in a real time by one piece unit of a product, and from its production actual result data, a stock between the process concerned and its succeeding process is calculated at every product, and based thereon, an inter-process stock corresponding to the final process production equipment for producing its product is calculated. Subsequently, a given inter-process stock allowable stock is evaluated, and based thereon, among the products corresponding to the production equipment of the final process in which it is evaluated that the stock is the smallest in the process concerned, which product is to be started to work immediately is determined by one piece unit of a product by the process concerned obtained by a production actual result collection, an inter-process stock of the process concerned and its succeeding process and the production plan, and transferred and displayed immediately on a work instruction display means of each process. In such a way, other each process can cope with a production fluctuation of every production equipment of the final process.
