Abstract

CONSTITUTION:At first, the picture information picked up by a TV camera 1 is inputted to a picture selecting device 2. In the device 2, it is determined on which monitor TV 3 and by what time schedule, plural pieces of the picture information are displayed. On the other hand, the process data detected by a process detector 11 is inputted to a process input processing device 12, and it is checked whether it is within a normal value range or not, and after being classified into a normal process and an abnormal process, it is inputted to a data editorial processing device 13. For the normal process, the device 13 performs data editing meaning what data is superposed on what picture, and the edited data is superposed on the relational picture information by a process data superposing device 14, and is displayed. For the abnormal process, the abnormal data and the relational data are superposed on the relational picture, and displayed preferentially by interrupting processing.
