Claims (10)
- 세 개의 절삭날 (27A, 27B, 27C) 을 갖는 밀링 커터로서, 상기 절삭날은 밀링 커터 (10:10') 에 통합되며, 상기 밀링 커터는 홀더에 밀링 커터를 고정시키기 위한 수단 (15:14') 을 포함하며, 각 절삭날 (27A, 27B, 27C) 은 밀링 커터의 외주로부터 실질적으로 밀링 커터의 중앙 선 (CL) 까지 이르는 상기 밀링 커터에 있어서, 세 개의 절삭날 (27A, 27B, 27C) 각각은 실질적으로 볼록한 곡선 형태이며, 볼록 절삭날 (27A, 27B, 27C) 의 반경 방향 외측 단부 (31A, 31B, 31C) 와 반경 방향 내측 단부 (33A, 33B, 33C) 는 축 방향으로 세 개의 절삭날 각각의 최선단 점 (X) 뒤에 위치되고, 그리고 각 절삭날 (27A, 27B, 27C) 은 실질적으로 반경 (R) 을 가지며, 그 반경 중심 (C) 은 상기 수단 (15:14') 을 향하는 쪽에서 반경 방향의 중심선 (CL) 의 옆에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 볼록 절삭날 (27A, 27B, 27C) 의 반경 방향 외측 단부 (31A, 31B, 31C) 는, 절삭날의 최선단 점 (X) 을 교차하는 평면 (P2) 으로부터 축방향 거리 (Z) 에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반경 (R) 은 밀링 커터의 최대 직경 (D) 의 절반 크기와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 거리 (Z) 는 밀링 커터 최대 직경 (D) 의 10 - 15 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀링 커터는 초경 합금으로 제조되고, 각 절삭날 (27A, 27B, 27C) 은 여유면 (28A, 28B, 28C) 과 칩면 (29A, 29B, 29C) 사이의 교차선으로 형성되며, 각 여유면 (28A, 28B, 28C) 은 관련 절삭날과 같이 아치형이거나 곡면인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 절삭날 (27A, 27B, 27C) 은 밀링 커터에 균일한 간격으로 분할되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀링 커터는 훅형 수단 (15) 이 제공된 원뿔형 섕크 (14) 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀링 커터는 원통형 섕크 (14') 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 단부 (31A, 31B, 31C) 는 실질적으로 섕크 (14') 의 원통형 외면과 일치하고, 또한 섕크 (14') 의 원통형 외면을 갖는 제 1 원통형부 (35') 에 대해서 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 절삭날 (27A, 27B, 27C) 은 축선 및 접선 방향으로 볼록한 곡선인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 절삭 기계 가공용 밀링 커터.
