Claims (18)
- 둥근 형상을 갖고 덩어리 형태의 비압축성 미세 입자들을 포함하는 층으로 일측면 또는 양측면이 코팅된, 적어도 한 측면에 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 입자들은 25 보다 크고 200 마이크로미터 보다 작은 평균 직경의 중량을 갖는 입자들인 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 입자들은 구형체 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자들은 젤라틴화 되지 않은 전분 입자, 특히 감자 전분 입자들인 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자들은 유리질 미세구형체인 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 입자들은 플라스틱 연삭에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 표면에서의 입자들의 분포는 20 내지 250 개/mm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시트는 50 내지 500 g/m2의 중량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅된 면의 코팅층의 중량은 건조 중량으로 3 내지 30 g/m2이고, 바람직하게는 5 - 18 g/m2인 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅층은 건조 중량으로 100부의 입자들과; 건조 중량부로 5 내지 300부, 바람직하기로는 10 내지 50부의 결합제; 건조 중량으로 충진제 0 내지 500부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 스티렌 부타디엔 라텍스, 아크릴릭 라텍스, 비닐 라텍스, 용해된 전분, 폴리비닐 알콜, 프로테인, 특히카제인, 젤라틴 또는 소야 프로테인, 니트로셀룰로스, 플라스티졸, 글리세로프탈릭 수지, 에폭사이드 수지, 폴리에스테르에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 제 10항 또는 11 항에 있어서, 상기 충진제는 탄산칼슘, 카올린, 탈크, 티타늄 이산화물, 바륨 황산염, 침전된 또는 피로제닉 실리카, 플라스틱 피그먼트들중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압지상에서 NF Q 03-082 표준에 따라 측정된 동적 마찰계수가 0.5 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- - 둥근 형상으로 덩어리 형태를 갖는 비압축성 미세 입자들 100부- 결합제를 건조 중량으로 5 내지 200부, 바람직하게는 10 내지 50부- 충진제를 건조 중량으로 0 내지 500부를 포함하는 조성물로 수성 매체에서시트의 적어도 일면을 처리하는 단계(a),위와같이 처리된 시트를 건조시키는 단계(b)를 포함하는, 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 시트를 코팅하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)는 헬리오 또는 가역 롤 타입의 롤 코팅기,트레일링 블레이드 코팅기, 에어 나이프 코팅기, 박막-트랜스퍼 사이즈 프레스, 커튼 코팅기들로부터 선택된 코팅장치를 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 코팅 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 단계(a)는 스프레이장치를 사용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 거친 표면 촉감을 갖는 시트.
- - 둥근 형태의 덩어리진 형상을 갖는 비압축성 미세 입자 100부- 결합제 건조중량으로 5 내지 200부, 바람직하게는 10 내지 50부- 충진제 건조중량으로 0 내지 500부를 포함하는 바니스(varnish)로 시트의 적어도 일면을 코팅하는 단계(a);상기 시트를 건조하는 단계(b)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기한 제 1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 시트를 코팅하는 방법.
- 종이 또는 플라스틱 인쇄 매체, 종이 또는 플라스틱 포장, 책 제본용 커버 또는 보드 또는 플라스틱 박스 제조용으로 사용하는, 제 1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 시트의 용도.
