Description
Claims (10)
- 제어기와 플랜트를 구비한 제어 시스템의 제어 파라미터를 확인하는 방법에 있어서,상기 플랜트의 모델과 상기 제어기의 모델을 확립하는 모델 확립 단계와;선택된 안정성 여유를 나타내는 제어기 파라미터의 함수로서 폐루프 시스템의 성능 지수를 계산하는 성능 지수 계산 단계를 포함하는 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성능 지수 계산 단계를 반복적으로 수행하는 최적화 루틴을 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 최적화 루틴은 최적값이 얻어질 때까지 상기 성능 지수 계산 단계를 반복적으로 수행하는 것인 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플랜트 모델 및 상기 제어기 모델은 각각 다수의 채널을 포함하고, 상기 제어기 파라미터는 상기 제어기 모델의 각 채널의 비례 이득에 관련된 요소들을 가진 벡터(Kp)를 포함하며, 상기 비례 이득은 서로간에 선택된 관계를 갖는 것이고, 상기 성능 지수는 제어기 모델의 각 채널에 적용되는 마스터 비례 이득(Km)의 함수이고, 상기 성능 지수는 Km을 최대화하기 위해 반복적으로 계산되는 것인 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플랜트 모델 및 상기 제어기 모델은 각각 다수의 채널을 포함하고, 상기 제어기 파라미터는 상기 제어기 모델의 각 채널의 비례 이득에 관련된 요소들을 가진 벡터(Kp)를 포함하며, 상기 성능 지수는 상기 제어기 모델의 각 채널에 적용되는 마스터 비례 이득(Km)의 함수이고, 상기 성능 지수는 하기 수학식의 함수로서 계산되며,여기에서, ωref는 명목상의 루프 대역폭으로 설정되고, x는 0과 1 사이의 값을 가지며, i는 상기 제어기 모델의 모든 채널에 대한 동작 지수인 것인 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안정성 여유는 주파수의 함수이고, 3차원으로 표시되는 것인 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성능 지수 계산 단계는 주파수 도메인 피킹의 한계를 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 한계는 상수를 포함하는 것인 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성능 지수 계산 단계는 지정된 주파수 범위에서 주파수 응답의 최소값을 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어기 모델과 상기 플랜트 모델을 확립하는 상기 모델 확립 단계는 주파수 도메인에서 상기 제어기 모델과 상기 플랜트 모델을 확립하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 제어 파라미터 확인 방법.
