Claims (7)
- 돼지콜레라 바이러스에 특이적으로 반응하는 코팅용 단일클론항체를 생성하는 하이브리도마 세포주 CSFV-LOM 1 (기탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00069).
- 제1항에 따른 하이브리도마 세포주 CSFV-LOM 1 (기탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00069)로부터 제조된, 돼지콜레라 바이러스에 특이적으로 반응하는 코팅용 단일클론항체.
- 돼지콜레라 바이러스에 특이적으로 반응하는 검출용 단일클론항체를 생성하는 하이브리도마 세포주 CSFV-LOM 2 (기탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00070).
- 제3항에 따른 하이브리도마 세포주 CSFV-LOM 2 (기탁번호 KCLRF-BP-00070)로부터 제조된, 돼지콜레라 바이러스에 특이적으로 반응하는 검출용 단일클론항체.
- 제4항에 따른 검출용 단일클론항체를 퍼록시데이스와 콘쥬게이션시켜 수득된 검출용 단일클론항체와 퍼록시데이스의 콘쥬게이트.
- (1) 돼지콜레라 바이러스를 포획할 수 있는 코팅용 단일클론항체를 코팅완충액으로 희석하고 엘라이자 플레이트에 분주한 후 흡착시키는 단계;(2) 플레이트에 흡착되지 않은 단일클론항체를 세척하여 제거하는 단계;(3) 플레이트에 검사하고자 하는 가검물을 반응시키는 단계;(4) 코팅용 단일클론항체에 포획되지 않은 가검물을 세척하여 제거하는 단계;(5) 검출용 단일클론항체와 효소의 콘쥬게이트를 반응시키는 단계;(6) 결합하지 않은 콘쥬게이트를 세척하여 제거하는 단계; 및(7) 기질을 첨가하여 발색반응에 의한 흡광도를 측정하고 돼지콜레라 바이러스 존재여부를 확인하는 단계를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 돼지콜레라 바이러스의 진단방법.
- (ⅰ) 제2항에 따른 코팅용 단일클론항체, (ⅱ) 제5항에 따른 검출용 단일클론항체와 퍼록시데이스의 콘쥬게이트, 및 (ⅲ) 퍼옥시데이스 효소에 대한 기질을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 돼지콜레라 바이러스 진단용 키트.
