Claims (6)
- 다수개의 화소 영역과 이를 구동하는 다수개의 박막 트랜지스터로 이루어진 박막 트랜지스터형 액정 표시 장치에서,상기 화소를 이루는 영역은 청색 화소 영역(B pixel)과 녹색 화소 영역(G pixel)과 적색 화소 영역(R pixel)으로 이루어지고, 상기 청색 화소 영역 상의 소정 위치에 녹색 화소 전극 구동용 박막 트랜지스터(G pixel TFT)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 화소 영역에 대응하여 이루어지는 컬러 필터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 녹색 화소 영역 상부의 화소 전극에서 돌출되는 전극 리드선이 청색 화소 영역까지 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각각의 화소 영역의 캐패시터 용량은 기본적으로 동일하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 청색 화소 영역에 인접하는 게이트 배선이 다른 영역과 인접하는 게이트 배선의 폭보다 넓게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터형 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 박막 트랜지스터는 L자형 채널을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터형 액정 표시 장치.
