Claims (5)
- 내부에 일정 수용공간을 갖는 하우징과, 상기 하우징 내부에 안착 고정됨과 아울러 고정자 코일이 권취되어 인가된 전원에 의해 교번 자성을 갖는 복수개의 티스가 내주면에 구비된 고정자와, 상기 고정자의 티스와 미소 공극을 유지하도록 삽입 고정됨과 아울러 각 티스와 자력 플럭스에 의하여 회전력을 발생시키는 영구자석이 교번 극성을 갖도록 삽입 고정하는 복수개의 "V"자형 자석 삽입공이 형성된 회전자와, 상기 회전자의 중심부에 압입 고정되어 회전력을 외부로 전달하도록 상기 하우징 결합된 베어링에 의해 고정되는 회전축으로 구성되는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터에 있어서,상기 회전자는 상기 영구자석과 다른 극성을 가지고 인접한 상기 고정자의 티스와의 공극을 확대시키기 위한 복수개의 공극확대부가 원주면을 따라 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터의 회전자 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공극확대부는 상기 회전자의 자극 중심선으로부터 회전방향 쪽으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터의 회전자 구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 공극확대부는 상기 회전자의 일정 곡률면을 잘라내 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터의 회전자 구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 공극확대부는 상기 회전자의 원주면에 일정 형상의 노치가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터의 회전자 구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 공극확대부는 상기 회전자에 삽입 결합되는 영구자석의 반극 면상에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터의 회전자 구조.
