Claims (10)
- 하우징과,상기 하우징 내부에 안착되며 코일이 권선되는 복수개의 티스를 구비하는 고정자와,상기 고정자의 내부에 수용되며 상기 티스와 자기 플럭스에 의하여 회전력을 발생시키는 복수개의 영구자석이 삽입 고정되는 복수개의 자석 삽입공이 마련되는 회전자를 구비하는 모터에 있어서,상기 회전자의 외주면에는 상기 직선부와 곡선부가 교대로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자석 삽입공은 중앙부가 상기 회전자의 중심을 향하도록 절곡된 V자 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 직선부는 상기 각 영구자석의 외측 단부에 대응하는 부분에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전자의 중심에서 상기 직선부의 양단부로 각각 연장되는 2개의 직선이 이루는 각을 θ1라 할 때,23°≤θ1≤ 25°를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 곡선부의 길이가 상기 직선부의 길이보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전자의 중심에서 서로 이웃하는 2개의 자석 삽입공의 중앙으로 연장되는 직선을 Q축이라고 할 때, 상기 Q축과 상기 회전자의 중심에서 상기 Q축과 가까운 상기 직선부의 단부로 연장되는 직선이 이루는 각을 θ2라 할 때,1.5°≤θ2≤ 3°를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하나의 자석 삽입공에는 2개의 영구자석이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 2개의 영구자석이 서로 이루는 각을 θ3라고 할 때,136°≤θ3≤ 144°를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전자가 4개의 극을 갖도록 상기 회전자는 4개의 자석 삽입공을 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 코일은 분산권으로 권선되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
