Claims (4)
- 융점이 80 ~ 120℃인 저융점 폴리에스테르를 전체 또는 부분적으로 함유하는 폴리에스테르 바인더섬유와 융점이 상기 저융점 폴리에스테르 보다 상대적으로 높은 폴리에스테르 매트릭스섬유로 구성된 열융착 견면에 있어서, 상기 견면의 표면층에 150 ~ 250℃의 온도로 설정된 핫프레스 롤러로 가압하는 것에 의해 형성된 열처리 피막을 가지며, 상기 열처리 피막의 평균공극크기가 500㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면열처리 견면.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 피막의 평균공극크기가 50 ~ 500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면열처리 견면.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 피막의 평균공극크기가 100 ~ 400㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면열처리 견면.
- 융점이 80 ~ 120℃인 저융점 폴리에스테르를 전체 또는 부분적으로 함유하는폴리에스테르 바인더섬유와 융점이 상기 저융점 폴리에스테르 보다 상대적으로 높은 폴리에스테르 매트릭스섬유를 혼합 및 카딩하여 얻은 웹을 적층하고 적층된 웹을 상기 저융점 폴리에스테르의 융점보다 높고 폴리에스테르 메트릭스 섬유의 융점보다 낮은 온도에서 열융착하여 견면을 제조하는 공정, 상기 열융착된 견면을 냉각하는 공정, 냉각된 견면의 일면 또는 양면을 150 ~ 250℃의 온도로 설정된 핫프레스 롤러로 가압하여 평균공극크기 500㎛이하의 열처리 피막을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 열처리 견면의 제조방법.
