Claims (8)
- 고융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 단섬유 및 저융점 폴리에스테르 단섬유가 혼합된 웹적층물을 패턴침으로 니들펀칭하여 패턴견면을 제조하는 단계;상기 패턴견면을 수축이 방지되도록 고정시키는 단계; 및상기 고정된 패턴견면을 상기 저융점 폴리에스테르 단섬유의 융점 이상으로 건조시킨 후 냉각시키는 단계;를 포함하는 열수축방지 패턴견면의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패턴견면은 컨베이어 벨트에 놓여져 건조기 및 냉각기로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축방지 패턴견면의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 패턴견면은 컨베이어 벨트에 길이방향으로 형성된 바늘 또는 클램프에 의해 패턴견면의 폭방향 모서리가 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축방지 패턴견면의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 패턴견면은 컨베이어 벨트 상부에 추가로 구비되는 패턴견면 고정용 벨트에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축방지 패턴견면의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 패턴견면 고정용 벨트는 상기 패턴견면의 폭방향 모서리를 압착 고정시키거나, 패턴견면 고정용 벨트에 구비된 바늘로 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축방지 패턴견면의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 하나의 방법으로 제조되고, 고융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 단섬유 60 ~ 80 중량%, 저융점 폴리에스테르 20 ~ 40 중량% 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축방지 패턴견면.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 단섬유 총중량 중에서 40~60 중량%는 이중 크림프 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축방지 패턴견면.
- 제 6 항의 열수축방지 패턴견면과 저융점 폴리에스테르 단섬유를 20 중량% 이상 포함하는 폴리에스테르 견면을 열융착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유판재.
