Claims (5)
- 융점 100∼160℃인 저융점 폴리에스테르를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 바인더섬유와 고융점 폴리에스테르 매트릭스섬유로 이루어진 폴리에스테르 섬유판재에 있어서, 내면부에 배치된 폴리에스테르 매트릭스 섬유의 단섬도의 2∼4배인 단섬도를 가지는 폴리에스테르 매트릭스 섬유를 포함하고 내면부의 밀도와 상이하도록 이루어진 표면부가 상기 내면부의 양쪽에 각각 형성되어 샌드위치 구조를 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중밀도 폴리에스테르 섬유판재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다중밀도 폴리에스테르 섬유판재의 전체두께가 13∼50㎜이고 밀도가 80∼150㎏/㎥인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중밀도 폴리에스테르 섬유판재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면부의 섬유구성은 단섬도 2∼6 데니어인 폴리에스테르 바인더 섬유가 60∼80중량%, 단섬도 15∼25데니어인 폴리에스테르 매트릭스 섬유가 20∼40중량%이고, 양표면부의 두께가 각각 다중밀도 폴리에스테르 섬유판재 전체두께의 5∼15%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중밀도 폴리에스테르 섬유판재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내면부의 섬유구성은 단섬도 2∼6 데니어인 폴리에스테르 바인더 섬유가 60∼80중량%, 단섬도 4∼10데니어인 폴리에스테르 매트릭스 섬유가 20∼40중량%이고, 내면부의 두께가 다중밀도 폴리에스테르 섬유판재 전체두께의 70∼90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중밀도 폴리에스테르 섬유판재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다중밀도 폴리에스테르 섬유판재는 두께가 25㎜인 경우의 흡음율이 NRC 0.5 ∼ 0.7, 굽힘강도 30 ∼ 50N/㎠ 및 압축강도 4 ∼ 6N/㎠인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중밀도 폴리에스테르 섬유판재.
