Claims (5)
- 복수의 사각 기둥형의 배터리 셀을 직렬로 접속하여 배터리 케이스에 수납한 배터리 팩이며,배터리 케이스는 모두 상자형을 한 상측 케이스와 하측 케이스가 조합되도록 하여 구성되고,복수의 배터리 셀은 모두 전지 덮개가 전방측에 위치하여 좌우 방향으로 나란히 상기 배터리 케이스 내에 수납되어 있고,하나의 배터리 셀의 전지관 바닥에 접속되어 전지 덮개측까지 연장된 부극측 태브와, 상기 하나의 배터리 셀의 정극 단자부와 인접하는 다른 배터리 셀의 전지관 바닥을 접속하는 중간 접속 태브와,상기 다른 배터리 셀의 정극 단자부에 접속된 정극측 태브를 갖고,상기 부극측 태브와 중간 접속 태브는 모두 각 배터리 셀의 전지관 측면을 밀착하도록 배치되고,상기 부극측 태브 및 중간 접속 태브는 각각 관 바닥측 태브와 전지 덮개측 태브의 2개로 분할되고, 이들 관 바닥측 태브와 전지 덮개측 태브 사이에는 PTC(positive temperature coefficient)가 개재되어 있고,또한, 각 부극측 태브 및 중간 접속 태브와 각 전지관 측면 사이에 절연 시트(이하,「셀측 절연 시트」라 함)가 배치되고,상측 케이스와 하측 케이스를 조합했을 때에, 각 배터리 셀의 전후 방향으로연장되는 측연부를 압박하는 측연 압박부를 상측 케이스의 내면 및 하측 케이스의 내면에 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부극측 태브 및 중간 접속 태브를 셀측 절연 시트와 그 상측에 부착된 다른 절연 시트(이하,「상측 절연 시트」라 함) 사이에 협지한 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 측연 압박부가 배터리 셀에 직접 접촉하도록 상기 셀측 절연 시트에 릴리프부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제2항에 있어서, 측연 압박부가 배터리 셀에 직접 접촉하도록 상기 상측 절연 시트에 릴리프부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PTC에 대응하는 상기 상측 절연 시트의 부위에 릴리프 구멍을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
