- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 이물제거용 필터의 전단에 액상검체 주입용기를 더욱 설치한 미생물채취 칩.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 액상검체 주입용기 개구부를 덮는 면봉부착 뚜껑을 구비한 미생물채취 칩.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미생물채취용 필터를 포함하는 부위를 단독으로 떼어내는 것이 가능한 것으로 한 미생물채취 칩.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미생물채취용 필터를 어두운 색의 필터로 한 미생물채취 칩.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필터 상에 금, 구리, 크롬, 백금, 팔라듐으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 금속성분을 포함하는 박막이 형성된 미생물채취 칩.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 박막의 막두께가 10 내지 50nm인 미생물채취 칩.
- 전단에 프리필터로서의 이물제거용 필터와 후단에 미생물채취용 필터를 조합하여 이루어지고, 미생물을 포함할 수 있는 액상검체로부터 미생물을 여과하여 미생물채취용 필터 상에 미생물을 포집하는 미생물채취 칩과 흡인여과수단으로 이루어지는 미생물채취 키트.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 흡인여과수단을 음압관(陰壓管)으로 한 미생물채취 키트.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 음압관의 입구부에 고무마개가 설치되어 있는 미생물채취 키트.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 고무마개의 중심부가 박층(薄層)으로 되어 있는 미생물채취 키트.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미생물채취 칩의 미생물채취용 필터 하부에 음압관 내부에 다다르는 중공(中空)바늘을 설치한 미생물채취 키트.
- 살아있는 세포와 죽은 세포를 발색시키는 제 1 화합물과 죽은 세포를 상기 발색과 다른 파장으로 발색시키는 제 2 화합물과 살아있는 세포를 상기 발색과 다른 파장으로 발색시키는 제 3 화합물 중에서 1종류 또는 복수종류와, 특정 미생물 유래물질과 반응함으로써 상기 발색과 다른 파장으로 발색하는 적어도 1종류 이상의 제 4 화합물을 액상검체에 접촉시키고, 미생물이 액상검체에 포함되어 있는 경우에는 미생물을 염색한 후, 제 1 항에 기재된 미생물채취 칩을 사용하여 미생물을 미생물채취용 필터 상에 포집한 후, 그 파장차 및 발색량으로부터 살아있는 세포와 죽은 세포의 양쪽 또는 어느 한쪽과 특정 미생물을 동시 검출하는 미생물 계량방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 미생물채취 칩을 사용하여 미생물을 포함할 수 있는 액상검체로부터 미생물을 미생물채취용 필터 상에 포집한 후, 포착된 미생물에 살아있는 세포와 죽은 세포를 발색시키는 제 1 화합물과 죽은 세포를 상기 발색과 다른 파장으로 발색시키는 제 2 화합물과 살아있는 세포를 상기 발색과 다른 파장으로 발색시키는 제 3 화합물 중에서 1종류 또는 복수종류와, 특정 미생물 유래물질과 반응함으로써 상기 발색과 다른 파장으로 발색하는 적어도 1종류 이상의 제 4 화합물을 접촉시키고, 미생물을 염색한 후, 그 파장차 및 발색량으로부터 살아있는 세포와 죽은 세포의 양쪽 또는 어느 한쪽과 특정 미생물을 동시 검출하는 미생물 계량방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 액상검체에 먹물을 첨가하는 미생물 계량방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 미생물을 미생물채취용 필터 상에 포집한 후, 미생물채취용 필터 위에서 먹물을 첨가하여 미생물채취용 필터 위를 검게 하는 미생물 계량방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 특정 파장의 여기광에 의해서 발광하는 발광체를 표면에 고정한 기재를 포함하는 미생물 계량장치의 정상상태 확인검사용 검체를 사용하여, 미리 해당 발광체를 검출하여 미생물 계량장치가 정상상태에 있는 것을 확인한 후, 살아있는 세포와 죽은 세포의 양쪽 또는 어느 한쪽과 특정 미생물을 동시 검출하는 미생물 계량방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 발광체가 고분자 형광입자인 미생물 계량방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 발광체가 염색한 미생물인 미생물 계량방법.
- 특정 파장의 여기광에 의해서 발광하는 발광체를 표면에 고정한 기재를 포함하여, 미생물 계량을 하기 전에 미생물 계량장치가 정상상태에 있는 것을 확인하기 위한 미생물 계량장치의 정상상태 확인검사용 검체.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 기재를 어두운 색으로 한 미생물 계량장치의 정상상태 확인검사용 검체.
- 제 22 항 또는 제 23 항에 있어서, 특정 파장의 여기광에 의해서 발광하는 발광체를 표면에 고정한 기재 상에 금, 구리, 크롬, 백금, 팔라듐으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 금속성분을 포함하는 박막이 형성된 미생물 계량장치의 정상상태 확인검사용 검체.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 박막의 막두께가 10 내지 1000nm인 미생물 계량장치의 정상상태 확인검사용 검체.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 미생물채취 칩에 있어서의 미생물채취용 필터의 미소한 일정면적에 미리 정해진 파장영역에서 여기광을 조사하는 광원과, 상기 여기광에 의해서 발광하는 미리 정해진 파장영역의 빛을 수광(受光)하는 수광수단과, 상기 광원에 의해서 조사되어 발광한 빛을 설정한 일정한 시간내에 수광하여, 그 수광한 광량이 설정한 역치의 범위내일 때에 미생물이라고 판단하는 미생물 판단수단과, 상기 미소한 일정면적을 연속 또는 단속적으로 이동시키는 이동수단과, 미생물 판단수단으로부터 미생물이라고 판단된 신호로부터 미생물의 수량을 적산하는 적산수단을 갖는 미생물 계량장치로서, 특정 파장의 여기광에 의해서 발광하는 발광체를 표면에 고정한 기재를 포함하여, 미생물 계량을 하기 전에 미생물 계량장치가 정상상태에 있는 것을 확인할 수 있도록 한 장치.
