Claims (26)
- 플라스터 또는 시멘트와 같은 바인더계 보드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 보드 본체를 형성하기 위한 조성물을 물과 혼합하는 단계와,(b) 컨베이어 벨트에 의해 연속적으로 구동되는 이동식 지지부 상에 혼합물을 증착하고, 상기 혼합물은 보드를 형성하는 압출기를 통과하고, 상기 압출기는 진동을 받는 단계와,(c) 적어도 길이를 갖도록 보드를 커팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (c)에서 상기 보드는 길이 및 폭으로 커팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b)의 증착은 저부 페이싱에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단계(b)의 증착은 상부 페이싱에 의해 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 페이싱은 메쉬(G1, G2) 및/또는 웨브(V,VB)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 메쉬(G1, G2)는 유리 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 웨브(V)는 그 길이 전체에 걸쳐서 메쉬(G1, G2)를 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 웨브(VB)는 스트립형상이고, 메쉬(G2)의 측방향 에지만을 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 웨브(V, VB)는 매트이고, 양호하게는 유리 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (c)에서, 커팅 방법은 워터 제트로 커팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 보드의 측방향 에지는 저부 메쉬(G1)를 전복하기 전에 형성되고 직선으로 커팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 저부 메쉬(G1)의 전복된 부분은 웨브(V)와 연관되었는지 여부에 상관없이 상부 메쉬(G2)에 의해 커버되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 저부 메쉬(G2)의 전복된 부분은 웨브(V)와 연관되었는지 여부에 상관없이 상부 메쉬(G2)를 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저부 메쉬(G1)의 적어도 측방향 에지는 웨브(V, VB)와 연관되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커팅은 오버랩부분에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작동(b)은 보드의 두 개의 측방향 에지가 얇아지는 방식으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 및/또는 저부 페이싱은 판지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 채용하고 횡방향 압출 다이(40)를 포함하는 종류의 압출기에 있어서,상기 다이(40)는 적어도 일부가 진동을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 다이(40)는 그 저부면에 적어도 하나의 진동기(42)를 갖는 상부 립과 저부 립(38)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 다이(40)의 상부 립(39)과 저부 립(38) 사이의 거리는 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제19항 또는 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 진동기(42)의 축은 수평으로 배향 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제19항 또는 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 진동기(42)의 축은 수직으로 배향 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 제18항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압출 다이(40)는 페이싱 길이의 단부(44)가 외향 방향으로 약간 수렴하는 일반적으로 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기.
- 플라스터 또는 시멘트와 같은 바인더계 보드에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보드.
- 바인더가 산업용 주방, 농업 식료품 연구소, 샤워룸, 목욕탕, 풀장 또는 수영장과 같은 건물의 내외측, 벽, 구획벽, 바닥 또는 천정 및/또는 농업용 건물 또는 산업용 도살장의 방과 같이 워터 제트로 자주 세척되는 방을 형성하거나 커버하기 위한 시멘타이트 바인더인, 제24항에 의한 보드를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이용법.
- 바인더가 벽 또는 구획벽을 형성하거나 커버하기 위한 플라스터계의 제24항에 의한 보드를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이용법.
