Claims (16)
- 기판상에 형성된 제 1의 전극과, 유기 EL층과, 제 2의 전극을 포함하는 유기 EL 발광 소자와,투명 기판상에 형성된 색 변환 필터층을 포함한 색 변환 필터를 접합하여 형성된 유기 EL 디스플레이로서,상기 유기 EL 발광 소자와 상기 색 변환 필터와의 사이에, 외주 밀봉층과 내부 충전층을 마련하고, 또한 상기 외주 밀봉층과 상기 내부 충전층의 사이에 격벽층을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 색 변환 필터는, 상기 색 변환 필터층을 덮고 그 상면을 평면화하는 평탄화층을 더 포함하고, 상기 격벽층은 상기 평탄화층의 표시 영역 외의 부분상에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,기판상에 박막 트랜지스터가 더 마련되고, 상기 제 1의 전극이 해당 박막 트랜지스터에 접속되어 있고, 해당 박막 트랜지스터에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 1의 전극 및 상기 제 2의 전극은 각각 라인 패턴 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 제 1의 전극의 라인 패턴과 상기 제 2의 전극의 라인 패턴은 직교하는 방향으로 늘어나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 내부 충전층은 1.2 내지 2.5의 굴절율 및 파장 400 내지 800㎚에서 50% 이상의 광투과율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이.
- 기판상에 제 1의 전극과 유기 EL층과 제 2의 전극을 형성하여 유기 EL 발광 소자를 준비하는 공정과,투명 기판상에 색 변환 필터층을 형성하여 색 변환 필터를 준비하는 공정과,상기 색 변환 필터층의 주연부에 격벽층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 격벽층의 외측에 외주 밀봉층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 격벽층의 내측에 충전제를 채우는 공정과,상기 유기 EL 발광 소자와 상기 색 변환 필터를 위치 맞춤하여 접합하는 공정과,상기 외주 밀봉층을 경화시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 기판상에 제 1의 전극과 유기 EL층과 제 2전극을 형성하여 유기 EL 발광 소자를 준비하는 공정과,투명 기판상에 색 변환 필터층 및 평탄화층을 형성하여 색 변환 필터를 준비하는 공정과,상기 평탄화층의 표시 영역 외의 부분상에 격벽층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 격벽층의 외측에 외주 밀봉층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 격벽층의 내측에 충전제를 채우는 공정과,상기 유기 EL 발광 소자와 상기 색 변환 필터를 위치 맞춤하여 접합하는 공정과,상기 외주 밀봉층을 경화시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,기판상에 상기 제 1의 전극과 접속되는 박막 트랜지스터가 더 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 1의 전극 및 상기 제 2의 전극은 각각 라인 패턴 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 제 1의 전극의 라인 패턴과 상기 제 2의 전극의 라인 패턴은 직교하는 방향으로 늘어나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 외주 밀봉층은, 자외선 경화형 접착제에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 충전제는 1.2 내지 2.5의 굴절율 및 파장 400 내지 800㎚에서 50% 이상의 광투과율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 기판상에 제 1의 전극과 유기 EL층과 제 2의 전극을 형성하여 유기 EL 발광 소자를 준비하는 공정과,투명 기판상에 색 변환 필터층을 형성하여 색 변환 필터를 준비하는 공정과,상기 유기 EL 발광 소자의 주연부에 격벽층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 격벽층의 외측에 외주 밀봉층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 격벽층의 내측에 충전제를 채우는 공정과,상기 유기 EL 발광 소자와 상기 색 변환 필터를 위치 맞춤하여 접합하는 공정과,상기 외주 밀봉층을 경화시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,기판상에 상기 제 1의 전극과 접속되는 박막 트랜지스터가 더 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 제 1의 전극 및 상기 제 2의 전극은 각각 라인 패턴 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 제 1의 전극의 라인 패턴과 상기 제 2의 전극의 라인 패턴은 직교하는 방향으로 늘어나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 외주 밀봉층은, 자외선 경화형 접착제에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 충전제는 1.2 내지 2.5의 굴절율 및 파장 400 내지 80㎚에서 50% 이상의 광투과율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이의 제조 방법.
