Claims (2)
- 분자당 10개 내지 200개의 디오가노실록산 단위를 함유하고 화학식 1의 폴리옥시알킬렌 개질 그룹 및 화학식 2의 폴리옥시알킬렌 개질 그룹을 가지며 수학식 1 및 수학식 2의 조건을 만족시킴을 특징으로 하는, 폴리옥시알킬렌 개질된 실리콘을 포함하는 실리콘 소포제.화학식 1화학식 2위의 화학식 1 및 2에서,Q 및 Q'는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자이거나, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬 그룹, 아실 그룹, 치환될 수 있는 아미노 그룹 및 -N=C=O 그룹으로부터 선택된 1가 유기 그룹이고,r 및 r'는 각각 독립적으로 2 내지 6의 수이고,s는 5 내지 50의 수이며,s'는 1 내지 30의 수이다.수학식 13 ≤E ≤90수학식 20.01 ≤E / (E+P) ≤0.45위의 수학식 1 및 2에서,P는 한 분자당 옥시프로필렌 단위(-C3H6O-)의 총 개수이고,E는 한 분자당 옥시에틸렌 단위(-C2H4O-)의 총 개수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌 개질된 실리콘이 화학식 3의 화합물인 실리콘 소포제.화학식 3위의 화학식 3에서,G1은 서로 상이할 수 있고, R1, G2및 G3으로부터 선택된 그룹이고,R1은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬 그룹 또는 탄소수 6 내지 9의 방향족 그룹이고,G2는 화학식의 그룹(여기서, Q는 수소 원자이거나, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬 그룹, 아실 그룹, 치환될 수 있는 아미노 그룹 및 -N=C=O 그룹으로부터 선택된 1가 유기 그룹이고, r은 2 내지 6의 수이고, s는 5 내지 50의 수이다)이고,G3은 화학식의 그룹(여기서, Q'는 Q와 동일하며, r'는 2 내지 6의 수이고, s'는 1 내지 30의 수이다)이고,x는 10 내지 200의 수이고,y는 0 내지 60의 수이고,z는 0 내지 30의 수이고,a는 0 또는 1이다.
