Abstract

본 발명은 블록타입의 살서제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는 살서제 성분으로 왈파린, 쿠마테트라릴, 브로디파쿰, 브로마디오론, 다이페나쿰, 훌로쿠마펜, 다이페치알론, 브로메탈린, 다이파시논, 클로르파시논, 쿠마클로에서 선택된 성분을 1종이상 함유하며, 여기에 곡물부스러기, 파라핀 왁스, 결합제, 방부제, 경계색소, 오식방지제, 유인성분 등을 혼합하여 블록타입으로 성형한 조성물을 제공한다.

Description

블록타입의 살서제 조성물 {Block-type rodenticide composition}
본 발명은 블록타입의 살서제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
살서제는 여러 종류가 개발되어 현재 시판중에 있다. 예를들면, 왈파린, 쿠마테트라릴, 브로디파쿰, 브로마디오론, 다이페나쿰, 훌로쿠마펜, 다이페치알론, 브로메탈린, 다이파시논, 클로르파시논, 쿠마클로 등이 개발되어 있다. 이들 기존의 살서제들은 액체형태, 분말형태 또는 펠렛형태로 개발되어 사용되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 형태의 살서제를 함유하는 기존의 조성물들은 살서제 성분을 프로필렌글리콜, 에틸렌글리콜 등의 용제에 약 성분을 용해시킨 다음 곡물부스러기에 용액을 섞어 입제 형태로 제조하거나, 탈크, 화이트카본, 밀가루, 설탕, 전분, 방부제, 오식방지제 등에 약 성분을 그대로 혼합하여 분제 형태의 조성물을 제조하거나, 탈크, 화이트카본, 밀가루, 설탕, 전분, 방부제, 오식방지제 등을 식물성기름, 글리세린, 프로필렌글리콜 등과 섞어 펠릿형태로 제조하였다. 이들 입제, 분제, 펠릿 형태의 살서제 조성물들은 하수구, 맨홀, 농장, 산림지역 등에서는 사용하기가 어렵다.
이에 본 발명자는 오랜 연구를 행하여 본 발명을 완성하였으며, 본 발명의블록타입의 살서제 조성물은 파라핀왁스를 첨가하여 블록형태로 성형하여 물에 난용성을 증가시켜서 기존의 살서제 형태로는 사용이 어려운 하수구, 맨홀, 농장, 산림지역 등에서도 사용할 수 있도록 제조하였다.
본 발명의 살서제 조성물은 집, 창고, 하수구, 맨홀, 농장, 인삼밭, 고추밭, 비닐하우스, 야외, 선박, 부엌, 저장고, 병원 등 쥐가 살고 있는 어느 장소에서나 사용할 수 있는 살서제 조성물을 제공하고자 한다. 특히 전기, 전화, 광통신 선로관, 하수구, 맨홀, 지하갱도 등과 같은 곳은 고온 다습하여 일반적인 살서제(쥐약)로는 쥐를 효과적으로 없애기가 어렵다. 본 발명의 살서제 조성물은 전기, 전화, 광통신 선로관, 하수구, 맨홀, 지하갱도, 등에 서식하면서 전기합선에 의한 화재나 통신선 절단 등과 같은 불의의 사고를 일으키는 쥐들을 구제하기에 적합하며, 골프장, 야외 수련장, 삼림욕장, 자연휴양시설, 서바이벌 시설 등과 같은 사람들이 많이 이용하는 곳에서 시설 이용객들에게 혐오감을 주지 않고, 사람이나 애완동물들에는 안전하며, 눈, 빗물과 같은 수분에도 강하여 야외에서 사용하기 편리한 살서제(쥐약)이다. 골프장, 야외 수련장, 삼림욕장, 자연휴양시설, 서바이벌 시설 등과 같은 곳에서는 쥐에 의한 매개질병인 흑사병, 렙토스피라, 출혈열 등에 감염되기 쉬우므로 사람들이 많이 이용하는 야외에서는 쥐를 효과적으로 없애야만 안전하게 시설을 이용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 살서제 조성물의 구성은 살서제 성분으로 왈파린, 쿠마테트라릴, 브로디파쿰, 브로마디오론, 다이페나쿰, 훌로쿠마펜, 다이페치알론, 브로메탈린, 다이파시논, 클로르파시논, 쿠마클로 등에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분을 선택하여 사용하며 결합제로 밀가루, 전분, 식물성기름, 솔비톨, 프로필렌글리콜, 에틸렌글리콜, 글리세린 등에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분을 사용하며, 유인성분으로 설탕, 어분, 번데기가루, 땅콩, 들깻묵, 고추 등에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분을 사용하며, 방부제로 메틸파라벤, 에틸파라벤, 안식향산나트륨 등에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분을 사용하며, 증량제로 쌀, 옥수수, 귀리, 수수, 밀과 같은 곡물 또는 곡물부스러기에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분을 사용하며, 오식방지제로 디나토늄 클로라이드 또는 디나토늄 벤조에이트에서 선택하여 사용하며, 경계색소와 파라핀왁스 등을 적당한 비율로 혼합하여 압축성형하여 1g 내지 10g의 크기의 블록으로 제조한다.
본 발명의 살서제 조성물의 조성비는 살서제 0.001-2.0중량%, 결합제 10-30중량%, 파라핀왁스 5-50중량%, 증량제 20-40중량%, 유인성분 5-20중량%, 방부제 0.1-2중량%, 경계색소 0.1-0.5중량%, 오식방지제 0.0001-0.005중량%이다.
다음의 실시예로써 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명한다.
실시예 1.
훌로쿠마펜 0.001 - 0.05 g
프로필렌글리콜 5 - 20 g
밀가루 10 - 30 g
어분 1 - 10 g
번데기가루 1 - 10 g
색소 0.1 - 0.2 g
디나토늄벤조에이트 0.0001 - 0.005 g
파라핀왁스 5 - 50 g
싸래기 20 - 40 g
상기의 성분을 통상의 혼합기에 넣어 혼합하고 압축성형기를 사용하여 일정한 크기의 블록 형태의 살서제 조성물을 제조한다.

상기의 성분을 통상의 혼합기에 넣어 혼합하고 압축성형기를 사용하여 일정한 크기의 블록 형태의 살서제 조성물을 제조한다.

본 발명에 따른 블록형 살서제 조성물은 집, 창고, 하수구, 맨홀, 농장, 인삼밭, 고추밭, 비닐하우스, 야외, 선박, 부엌, 저장고, 병원 등 쥐가 살고 있는 어느 장소에서나 사용할 수 있다. 특히 전기, 전화, 광통신 선로관, 하수구, 맨홀, 지하갱도, 등에 서식하면서 전기합선에 의한 화재나 통신선 절단 등과 같은 불의의 사고를 일으키는 쥐들을 구제하기에 적합하며, 골프장, 야외 수련장, 삼림욕장, 자연휴양시설, 서바이벌 시설 등과 같은 곳에서는 쥐에 의한 매개질병인 흑사병, 렙토스피라, 출혈열 등에 감염되기 쉬우므로 사람들이 많이 이용하는 야외에서 쥐를 효과적으로 없애야만 한다. 골프장, 야외 수련장, 삼림욕장, 자연휴양시설, 서바이벌 시설 등과 같은 사람들이 많이 이용하는 곳에서 시설 이용객들에게 혐오감을 주지 않고 사람이나 애완동물들에는 안전하며, 눈, 빗물과 같은 수분에도 강하여 야외에서 사용하기 편리한 살서제(쥐약)를 제공한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 활성성분으로서 왈파린, 쿠마테트라릴, 브로디파쿰, 브로마디오론, 다이페나쿰, 훌로쿠마펜, 다이페치알론, 브로메탈린, 다이파시논, 클로르파시논, 쿠마클로 등에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분 0.001-2.0중량%, 결합제로 밀가루, 전분, 식물성기름, 솔비톨, 프로필렌글리콜, 에틸렌글리콜, 글리세린 등에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분 10-30중량%, 유인성분으로 설탕, 어분, 번데기가루, 땅콩, 들깻묵, 고추 등에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분 5-20중량%, 방부제로 메틸파라벤, 에틸파라벤, 안식향산나트륨 등에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분 0.1-2중량%, 증량제로 쌀, 옥수수, 귀리, 수수, 밀과 같은 곡물 또는 곡물부스러기에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분 20-40중량%, 오식방지제로 디나토늄 클로라이드 또는 디나토늄 벤조에이트에서 선택된 1종이상의 성분 0.0001-0.005중량%, 경계색소 0.1-0.5중량%와 파라핀왁스 5-50중량%를 혼합고 블록형태로 압축성형하여 제조된 블록형태의 살서제 조성물.
