Claims (6)
- 매트릭스수지인 열가소성 섬유와 강화섬유가 혼합분섬된 복합매트를 제조하고, 이 복합매트를 가열압출하여 고강도의 복합재료를 제조함에 있어서,열가소성 섬유와 강화섬유를 해섬·혼섬하는 원료공급단계; 상기 해섬·혼섬된 복합섬유를 분산·휘산시키는 단계; 및 배향된 강화섬유를 고정화하되, 강화섬유의 균일한 분산성을 향상시키고, 코일된 섬유의 완화방지와 3차원 구조가 유지될 수 있도록 니들펀칭단계가 순차적으로 마련됨을 특징으로 하는 섬유분섬을 이용한 복합재료 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 니들펀칭단계에서 고정화 된 복합매트는 예열존에서의 예열과정을 거쳐 가압존에서 용융가압성형되고, 다시 냉각과정을 거쳐 복합판재로 제조될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 섬유분섬을 이용한 복합재료 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 용융가압성형 후 이를 재 가열하여 제품이 통과되는 두께 폭을 확장시킴으로 강화섬유의 자체 탄성력에 의해 유사 발포된 복합판재가 제조될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 섬유분섬을 이용한 복합재료 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 두께 폭의 확장은 연속 스테인레스 벨트를 마그네트 로울러로서 확장시킴을 특징으로 하는 섬유분섬을 이용한 복합재료 제조방법.
- 고강도의 복합재료를 제조함에 있어서,매트릭스수지인 열가소성 섬유와 강화섬유를 해섬·혼섬 원료공급수단; 상기 해섬·혼섬된 복합섬유를 분산·휘산시키는 수단; 및 배향된 강화섬유를 고정화하되, 강화섬유의 균일한 분산성을 향상시키고, 코일된 섬유의 완화방지와 3차원 구조가 유지될 수 있도록 니들펀칭수단이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 섬유분섬을 이용한 복합재료 제조장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 니들펀칭수단을 거친 복합재료가 복합매트 상태로 연속 스테인레스 벨트에 의해 공급된 후 용융가압성형되기 위하여 상/하 대향 설치되는 한 쌍의 로울러와, 상기 로울러를 통해 열가소성수지가 용융되어 강화섬유에 함침/결착될 수 있도록 상기 로울러를 가열압착하여 가압정도를 제어하고, 미용융시 로울러의 과부하가 방지될 수 있도록 스프링장력수단을 갖는 가압조절장치가 더 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 섬유분섬을 이용한 복합재료 제조장치.
