Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 티타늄 화합물, 글리콜, 인 화합물, 및 임의로 물을 포함하거나, 또는 이들을 조합하여 생성되고, 상기 인 화합물이 인산 또는 그의 염, 포스포네이트 에스테르, 피로인산 또는 그의 염, 피로아인산 또는 그의 염, 및 이들의 2종 이상의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 티타늄 화합물이 화학식 Ti(OR)4(식 중, 각각의 R이 독립적으로 알킬 라디칼, 시클로알킬 라디칼, 알르알킬 라디칼, 또는 이들의 2종 이상의 조합물이고, 각각의 R이 라디칼당 탄소 원자를 1 내지 30개 함유함)를 갖고, 바람직하게는 테트라 이소프로필 티타네이트, 테트라 n-부틸 티타네이트, 또는 이들의 조합물인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 글리콜이 알킬렌 글리콜, 폴리알킬렌 글리콜, 알콕실화 글리콜, 및 이들의 2종 이상의 조합물, 바람직하게는 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 이소프로필렌 글리콜, 부틸렌 글리콜, 1-메틸 프로필렌 글리콜, 펜틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 또는 이들의 2종 이상의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 가장 바람직하게는 상기 글리콜이 에틸렌 글리콜인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 염이 알칼리 금속 염, 알칼리 토금속 염, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리인산이 화학식 Hn+2PnO3n+1(식 중, n≥2임)이고, 상기 포스포네이트 에스테르가 (R1O)2P(O)ZCO2R1(식 중, 각각의 R1이 독립적으로 H, C1-4알킬, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, Z가 C1-5알킬렌, C1-5알킬리덴, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨), 디(폴리옥시에틸렌)히드록시메틸 포스포네이트, 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 인 화합물이 칼륨 트리폴리포스페이트, 나트륨 트리폴리포스페이트, 칼륨 테트라폴리포스페이트, 나트륨 펜타폴리포스페이트, 나트륨 헥사폴리포스페이트, 에틸 포스포네이트, 프로필 포스포네이트, 히드록시메틸 포스포네이트, 디(폴리옥시에틸렌)히드록시메틸 포스포네이트, 메틸포스포노아세테이트, 에틸 메틸포스포노아세테이트, 메틸 에틸포스포노아세테이트, 에틸 에틸포스포노아세테이트, 프로필 디메틸포스포노아세테이트, 메틸 디에틸포스포노아세테이트, 트리에틸 포스포노아세테이트, 트리에틸 포스포노아세테이트, 또는 이들의 2종 이상의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고, 바람직하게는 상기 인 화합물이 칼륨 트리폴리포스페이트 또는 칼륨 트리폴리포스페이트인 조성물.
- 테트라이소프로필 티타네이트, 에틸렌 글리콜, 칼륨 트리폴리포스페이트, 및 임의로 물을 포함하거나 또는 이들을 조합하여 생성되는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에서 기재된 것과 같은 촉매의 존재하에, 카르보닐 화합물과 알코올을 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 카르보닐 화합물이 화학식 R2COOR2(식 중, 각각의 R2가 독립적으로 (1) 수소, (2) 말단에 카르복실산기를 갖는 히드로카르복실 라디칼, 또는 (3) 각각의 라디칼이 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴, 알크아릴, 아르알킬라디칼일 수 있는 라디칼당 탄소 원자를 1 내지 약 30개, 바람직하게는 약 3 내지 약 15개 갖는 히드로카르빌 라디칼, (4) 5-술포 이소프탈레이트 금속 염 또는 그의 에스테르, 및 (5) 이들의 2종 이상의 조합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨)를 갖고, 바람직하게는 상기 카르보닐 화합물이 테레프탈산, 디메틸 테레프탈레이트, 이소프탈산, 나프탈산, 숙신산, 아디프산, 프탈산, 글루타르산, 아크릴산, 옥살산, 벤조산, 말레산, 프로펜산, 5-술포 이소프탈레이트 나트륨 염의 비스-글리콜레이트 에스테르, 및 이들의 2종 이상의 조합물이고, 가장 바람직하게는 상기 카르보닐 화합물이 테레프탈산, 디메틸 테레프탈산, 또는 이들의 조합물인 방법.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 알코올이 에탄올, 프로판올, 이소프로판올, 부탄올, 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 이소프로필렌 글리콜, 부틸렌 글리콜, 1-메틸 프로필렌 글리콜, 펜틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 2-에틸 헥산올, 및 이들의 2종 이상의 조합물이고, 바람직하게는 상기 알코올이 에틸렌 글리콜인 방법.
