Claims (8)
- 시멘트 30중량%~50중량%와;물에 의해 상기 시멘트와 일체형으로 결합되는 0.6mm이하의 미세골조 40중량%~65중량%와;상기 혼합물의 양생시 수축현상을 최소화하고 경화시간을 촉진하기 위하여 CSA계 시멘트, 무수석고 및 생석회의 혼합물 2중량%~7중량%와;상기 혼합물의 점도를 높이기 위한 보습제(증점제) 0.05중량%~0.5중량%, 재유화형 분말수지 0.2중량%~1.0중량%, 분산제 0,05중량%~0,5중량%, 소포제 0.05중량%~0.5중량% 및 섬유질 혼화제 0.01중량%~0.5중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트벽면 기본바탕 조성용 몰탈.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 CSA계 시멘트, 무수석고 및 생석회의 혼합물은 CSA계 시멘트 20%~30%, 무수석고 50%~65%, 생석회 10%~20%의 비율로 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트벽면 기본바탕 조성용 몰탈.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 보습제는 하이드록시 메틸셀룰로오즈임을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트벽면 기본바탕 조성용 몰탈.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 제유화형 분말수지는 아크릴계, 초산비닐계, 에틸렌초산비닐계와 합성고무계 중 적어도 어느 하나이상임을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트벽면 기본바탕 조성용 몰탈.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 분산제는 멜라민합성수지계, 나프탈린 설폰산엽계와 포리카본산계 중 적어도 어느 하나이상인 계면활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트벽면 기본바탕 조성용 몰탈.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 소포제는 하이드로 카본과 포리그리콜의 혼합물질임을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트벽면 기본바탕 조성용 몰탈.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 섬유질 혼화제는 천연 셀룰로오즈 파이바임을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트벽면 기본바탕 조성용 몰탈.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 콘크리트벽면 기본바탕 조성용 몰탈은 플라이에쉬가 5중량%이하 첨가될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트벽면 기본바탕 조성용 몰탈.
