Claims (8)
- 산소-함유 기체 스트림을 액체 쿠멘에 통과시켜 산화물 생성물, 및 메탄올, 쿠멘 및 초기량의 물을 포함하는 소진된-공기 스트림을 생성하고; 상기 소진된-공기 스트림을 배출전 하나 이상의 열 교환 냉각기 및 탄소 베드에 통과시키는 쿠멘으로부터의 페놀의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 열 교환 냉각기중 하나 이상의 상류의 하나 이상의 지점에서 상기 소진된 공기 스트림에 보충량의 물을 주입하고,상기 열 교환 냉각기로부터 메탄올/물 응축물을 회수함으로써 배출전에 소진된-공기 스트림의 메탄올 함량을 감소시키는 것을 개선점으로 하는 쿠멘으로부터의 페놀의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,물을 소진된-공기의 표준 입방 피트당 약 0.00005 내지 0.0002갤론의 비율로 주입하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2개의 열 교환 냉각기를 사용하고, 물을 두 지점에서 주입하되, 한 지점은 2개의 열 교환 냉각기중 첫번째 것의 상류이고, 제 2 지점은 2개의 열 교환 냉각기중 두번째 것의 상류이지만 첫번째 것의 하류인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,물을 상기 두 지점의 각각에서 소진된-공기의 표준 입방 피트당 약 0.00005 내지 0.0002갤론의 비율로 주입하는 방법.
- 메탄올, 수불용성 유기 화합물 및 초기량의 물을 포함하는 소진된-공기 스트림으로부터 메탄올을 제거하는 방법으로서,(a) 보충량의 물을 소진된-공기 스트림에 주입하는 단계;(b) 소진된-공기 스트림 및 보충수를 열 교환 냉각기에 통과시키는 단계; 및(c) 소진된-공기 스트림으로부터 수불용성 유기물질 및 메탄올/물 혼합물을 함유하는 응축물을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,수불용성 유기물질이 쿠멘인 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,물을 소진된-공기의 표준 입방 피트당 약 0.00005 내지 0.0002갤론의 비율로 주입하는 방법.
- (a) 하나 이상의 수직 반응기;(b) 쿠멘 공급원;(c) 수직 반응기를 쿠멘 공급원에 연결하는 공급 라인;(d) 수직 반응기에 연결되고 산소-함유 기체를 수직 반응기의 저부로 도입시키기 위한 공기 공급 라인;(e) 수직 반응기에 연결되고 수직 반응기의 정상으로부터 소진된-공기 스트림을 수거하기 위한 소진된-공기 수거 라인;(f) 소진된 공기 수거 라인에 연결되고, 수거된 소진된-공기 스트림을 수송하여 하나 이상의 열 교환 냉각기 및 활성탄 베드에 통과시키는 공기 처리 라인;(g) 물 공급원, 및 열 교환 냉각기의 상류 지점에서 소진된 공기 처리 라인에 연결된 물 주입 라인; 및(h) 열 교환 냉각기에 연결된 응축물 수거 라인을 포함하는, 쿠멘의 산화에 의한 페놀의 제조 설비.
