Claims (5)
- 제1메인포트 및 제2메인포트와, 이들 양 메인포트를 연결하는 유로와, 이 유로 중에 설치된 밸브시트를 갖는 밸브케이싱;이 밸브케이싱에 단열부를 통해서 연결된 실린더;상기 밸브케이싱 내에 설치되어서 상기 밸브시트를 개폐하는 포핏식 밸브부재;이 밸브부재에 선단부가 연결되고, 기단부가 상기 단열부를 통해서 상기 실린더의 내부까지 연장되는 로드;상기 실린더의 내부에 시일부재를 통해서 슬라이딩가능하게 배치됨과 아울러, 상기 로드의 기단부에 연결된 피스톤;상기 밸브케이싱 내의 정위치에 상기 로드를 따라서 배치되며, 선단부에 상기 밸브부재가 밸브개방위치에서 접촉하는 전열면을 구비한 전열체;이 전열체에 설치된 제1히터; 및상기 밸브케이싱의 외면에 설치된 제2히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터가 부착된 포핏밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전열체가 원통형상을 하고 있고, 상기 로드의 둘레에 동심상으로 설치되며, 상기 전열체의 내부에 상기 히터가 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터가 부착된 포핏밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단열부가, 복수의 통기구멍을 갖는 원통형상의 단열판으로 형성되고, 이 단열판이, 상기 밸브케이싱과 실린더 사이에 상기 로드를 둘러싸도록 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터가 부착된 포핏밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로드가, 밸브부재측의 제1부분과 피스톤측의 제2부분으로 구분되어 있고, 이 제2부분이 상기 제1부분보다 저전열성의 소재로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터가 부착된 포핏밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브케이싱의 단부의 격벽과 밸브부재 사이에 벨로즈가 설치되고, 이 벨로즈의 내부에 상기 전열체가 수용됨과 아울러, 상기 밸브부재의 배면의 상기 벨로즈에 내포되는 부분에 상기 전열체의 전열면에 접촉하는 수열면이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터가 부착된 포핏밸브.
