Claims (6)
- 엔진의 실린더헤드에 부착되어 있는 인젝터에 형성된 장착홈에 장착되고, 상기 실린더헤드와 인젝터의 사이에 있는 환형상의 틈새를 밀봉하는 수지제로 된 인젝터용 가스 밀봉부에 있어서,압축변형전의 내경이 상기 장착홈의 외경보다 작게 되는 한편, 압축변형전의 외경이 상기 실린더헤드의 밀봉접촉부의 내경보다 크게 설정됨과 더불어, 연소가스쪽 단면의 전체면이 연소가스에 대하여 노출되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터용 연소가스 밀봉부.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 적어도 200℃의 내열성을 갇는 수지재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터용 연소가스 밀봉부.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 연소가스쪽 단면의 전체 둘레에 걸쳐서 연소가스쪽으로 개방되는 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터용 연소가스 밀봉부.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 연소가스쪽 단면의 내주쪽 가장자리에는 전체 둘레에 걸쳐서 테이퍼면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터용 연소가스 밀봉부.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 연소가스쪽 단면의 내주쪽 가장자리에는 원주방향으로 틈새를 내어 복수의 테이퍼면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터용 연소가스 밀봉부.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼면이 형성되어 있지 않은 부분의 내주면은 상기 장착홈의 홈바닥면에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터용 연소가스 밀봉부.
