Claims (10)
- 샤프트(22), 특히 적어도 하나의 샤프트 베어링(42)을 통해 지지된, 전기 모터식 구동기(10)의 아마추어 샤프트(22) 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 샤프트(22)의 적어도 하나의 지점에는 샤프트 베어링(42) 내의 안내를 위한 베어링 표면(40)이 재료 제거에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 우선 워엄(26)이 샤프트(22) 상에 형성되며 그 후 적어도 하나의 베어링 표면(40)은 재료 제거에 의해 상기 워엄(26)의 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 워엄(26)과 베어링 표면(40)은 동일한 작업 기계 상의 재료 제거에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 표면(40)은 샤프트(22)를 롤링함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재료 제거시 워엄 나사산(56)은 적어도 부분적으로 저온 변형되며, 톱니 재료는 치극(58) 내로 눌러지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 표면(40)은 샤프트(22)의 단부(38)에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 표면(40)의 폭(54)은 상기 워엄(26)의 적어도 하나의 리드(60)에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 아마추어 샤프트(22)를 포함하는 전기 구동 모터(12), 상기 구동 모터에 종속된 기어(14), 특히 워엄 기어(14)를 구비한 자동차 부품을 조절하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 기어는 아마추어 샤프트(22)에 의해 구동 모터(12)와 작용이 연결되고, 아마추어 샤프트(22)는 특히 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치에 있어서,상기 아마추어 샤프트(22)의 적어도 하나의 지점에는 재료 제거에 의해, 샤프트 베어링(42) 내의 안내를 위한 베어링 표면(40)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 표면(40)은 샤프트(22)의 단부(38)에 바로 접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 표면(40)은 회전 베어링 수용 부시(64) 내에 안내된 지지핀(62)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
