Claims (10)
- 하기 구조식 1을 갖는 올레핀 중합용 촉매: 여기서, R1은 수소, C1~C12알킬, C1~C12알콕시 및 C6~C12아릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, R2및 R2'는 수소 및 C1~C4알킬로부터 각각 선택되고, R3는 수소, C1~C12알킬, C1~C12알콕시 및 C6~C12아릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되며, 및 M은 Ti, Zr 및 Hf로부터 선택된다.<구조식 1>
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구조식 1의 R1은 수소 및 C1~C6알킬로부터 선택되고, R2및 R2'는 각각 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, iso-프로필, n-부틸, iso-부틸 및 tert-부틸에서 선택되며, R3는 수소 및 C1~C4알킬로부터 선택되며, 및 M은 Ti 및 Zr으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구조식 1의 R1은 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, n-부틸, iso-부틸 또는 tert-부틸이고, R2및 R2'는 각각 수소, 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, iso-프로필 또는 tert-부틸이고, R3는 수소이고, 및 M은 Ti인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 디(살리실리덴 아닐리노-)-(시클로펜타디에닐) 티타늄 클로라이드, 디(살리실리덴 오르소-iso-프로필 아닐리노-)-(시클로펜타디에닐) 티타늄 클로라이드, 디(5-메틸 살리실리덴 아닐리노-)-(시클로펜타디에닐) 티타늄 클로라이드, 디(살리실리덴 아닐리노-)-(메틸시클로펜타디에닐) 티타늄 클로라이드, 디(3-tert-부틸 살리실리덴 아닐리노-)-(시클로펜타디에닐) 티타늄 클로라이드, 또는 디(살리실리덴 아닐리노-)-(시클로펜타디에닐) 지르코늄 클로라이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 제1항의 올레핀 중합용 촉매를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(1) 하기 구조식 2의 시프염기 리간드 화합물을 유기 매질 중에서 알킬 알칼리 금속 화합물과 반응시켜 시프염기 리간드의 알칼리 금속염을 형성시키는 단계로서, 구조식 2의 R1은 수소, C1~C12알킬, C1~C12알콕시 및 C6~C12아릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, R2및 R2'는 수소 및 C1~C4알킬로부터 각각 선택되는 단계; 및<구조식 2>(2) 상기 시프염기 리간드의 알칼리 금속염을 CpMCl3의 화학식을 가지는 시클로펜타디에닐 메탈 클로라이드와 유기 매질에서 반응시키고, 상기 용매를 제거하고, 유기 용매로 잔류물을 세척하고, 결과물을 필터링하고, 및 여과액을 재결정하는 단계로서, 상기 CpMCl3에서 M은 Ti, Zr 또는 Hf이고, Cp는 단독치환된(mono-substituted) 시클로펜타디에닐이고, 및 치환기 R3는 수소, C1~C12알킬, C1~C12알콕시 및 C6~C12아릴로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 단계;를 포함하는 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단계 (1)의 반응온도는 -78~25℃이고, 상기 알킬 알칼리 금속 화합물은 부틸 리튬인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단계 (2)의 반응온도는 -78~25℃이고, 상기 CpMCl3화합물은 상기 반응에서 시클로펜타디에닐 티타늄 트리클로라이드, 시클로펜타디에닐 지르코늄 트리클로라이드 또는 메틸 시클로펜타디에닐 티타늄 트리클로라이드이고, 상기 시프염기 리간드의 알칼리 금속염 대 CpMCl3의 몰비가 1.0~2.0:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유기 매질이 테트라하이드로퓨란 및 에틸에테르로부터 선택되고, 및 상기 단계 (2)의 세척용 유기 용매는 에틸에테르, 벤젠, 톨루엔, n-헥산, 석유에테르 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매의 제조방법.
- α-올레핀을 단독중합 또는 공중합하는 방법에 있어서, α-올레핀을 중합하거나 또는 α-올레핀을 공단량체와 공중합하기 위하여, 10~110℃ 및 0.1~1.0MPa, 상기 프로모터 중의 알루미늄 대 상기 주촉매의 금속의 몰비가 100~1500:1에서, 제1항의 촉매를 주촉매로 사용하고 알킬알루미노옥산을 조촉매로 사용하는 중합 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 α-올레핀이 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌이고, 및 상기 공단량체는 부텐, 헥센 또는 옥텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합 방법.
