Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 유도가열 또는/ 및 직접통전 가열수단에 의해 압연온도까지 급속히 단시간에 가열되어 소정의 이형단면으로 열간압연성형되고, 압연 직후에 급냉되어 가공소입된 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 이형강선이 각형이나 직사각형 또는 사다리꼴에 가까운 단면을 갖도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선.
- 유도가열 또는/ 및 직접통전 가열수단으로 피가공강선을 압연온도까지 급속히 단기간에 가열해서 소정의 이형단면으로 열간압연 성형하고, 압연한 직후에 급냉시켜 가공소입을 행하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열강압연이 4방롤러에 의한 압연으로 이루어지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 피가공강선을 100℃/s 이상의 가열온도로 Ac3 온도 이상으로 급속히 단시간에 가열해서, Ar3 이상의 온도에서 압연롤러로 소정의 이형단면으로 압연하고, 압연한 직후에 Ar1 이상의 온도에서 상기 압연롤러에 근접되어 나란히 배치된 소입냉각수단으로 급냉시켜 가공소입하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가공소입이, 열간압연 직후에 피가공강선에 장력을 가하면서 급냉하게 되는 장력가공소입을 하도록 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피가공강선에 인가되는 장력이, 이 피가공강선의 장력의 변동을 흡수하는 토크콘버터가 장착된 구동장치에 의해 구동되는 핀치롤러나 권취기 또는 캡스턴장치에 의해 부여되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가공소입이 된 후에 연속해서 유도가열로 소려온도로 가열해서 소려하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 이형강선의 인장강도가 1600N/mm2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 이형강선이 각형이나 직사각형 또는 사다리꼴에 가까운 단면을 갖도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선 제조방법.
- 소재강선을 압연온도로 가열하는 유도가열 또는/ 및 직접통전으로 가열하는 압연가열수단과, 소정의 이형단면에 열간성형을 하게 되는 압연수단과, 피가공강선에 장력을 가하면서 압연성형 직후에 급냉시켜 소입하는 소입급냉수단 및, 장력부가수단이 나란히 배치되어 설치되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선의 연속제조장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 압연수단이 4방롤러 압연기인 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선의 연속제조장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 장력부가수단이, 강선의 장력변동을 흡수하는 토크콘버터가 장착된 구동장치에 의해 구동되는 핀치롤러나 권취기 또는 캡스턴인 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선의 연속제조장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 소입급냉장치의 뒤쪽에 소려온도로 가열하는 소려가열수단이 나란히 배치되어 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 이형강선의 연속제조장치.
