Claims (10)

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 층(18)은 상기 코일(14)에 대한 중합체 물질의 부착에 의해 상기 코일(14)을 응력을 받아 반경방향으로 확장된 상태로 유지하는 튜브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 물질은 중합체 층(예를 들어, 나일론, 폴리우레탄 및 FETP 중 적어도 하나)의 형태로 이루어지고, 상기 중합체 물질 또는 물질들은 상기 코일(14)의 적어도 일부분의 아래에 위치되어 접촉하는 예를 들어, PTFE 로 이루어진 내부 라이너(20)를 부가로 포함하는 튜브.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 의료 기기(10)에 있어서,상기 코일(14) 및 상기 브레이드(16) 중 적어도 하나는 금속을 포함하고,및/또는 상기 브레이드(16)는 예를 들어, 각각 원형 단면으로 이루어진 복수의 교차 와이어(22)를 포함하고, 및/또는 상기 코일(14)은 편평한 와이어를 포함하고, 및/또는 상기 코일(14)은 상기 브레이드(16)를 지나 멀리 연장되는 의료 기기.
- 제 3 항에 기재된 의료 기기(10)에 있어서,상기 중합체 층(18)은 열수축성 튜브이고, 및/또는 상기 코일(14)에 열접착되며, 및/또는 상이한 듀로미터의 적어도 두개의 개별적인 종방향 세그먼트(28, 30)를 포함하는 의료 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 튜브를 포함하는 의료 기기(10)에 있어서,상기 의료 기기(10)는 내시경(32)이고, 상기 튜브(11)는 예를 들어, 대략 2mm 이하의 외경을 갖는 내시경 외장(34)으로서 구성되는 의료 기기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 튜브를 포함하는 의료 기기(10)에 있어서,상기 의료 기기(10)는 단일 루멘 풍선 카테터(38)이고, 상기 튜브(11)는 예를 들어, 대략 2mm 이하의 외경을 갖는 카테터 샤프트(40)로서 구성되는 의료 기기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 튜브(11)는 튜브를 통해 종방향으로 한정되는 루멘(6)을 구비하고, 상기 의료 기기(10)는 상기 튜브(11)에 장착되는 팽창형 풍선(44)을 부가로 포함하며, 상기 풍선(44)은 상기 튜브 루멘(60)과 유체 연통하는 내부(58)를 구비하고, 및/또는 상기 튜브(11)는 밸브 시트(46)를 포함하는 원위 단부(42)를 구비하며, 상기 의료 기기(10)는 상기 튜브 루멘(60) 내부에 위치되어 이동할 수 있는 폐쇄체(48)를 부가로 포함하고, 상기 폐쇄체(48)는 상기 튜브 원위 단부(42)의 밸브 시트(46)와 결합하여 상기 튜브 원위 단부(42)를 밀봉시키며 상기 풍선(44)의 팽창을 허용하는 선단(50)을 구비하는 의료 기기.
- 튜브(11)를 포함하는 의료 기기(10)에 있어서,상기 튜브(11)는 응력을 받아 반경방향으로 확장된 상태의 금속 코일(14)을 포함하고,상기 금속 코일(14)은 편평한 와이어와, 상기 코일(14)의 적어도 일부분에 걸쳐 연장되는 금속 브레이드(16)와, 적어도 상기 코일(14) 위에 위치되어 접촉하는 중합체 접착층(18)과, 상기 코일(14)의 적어도 일부분 아래에 위치되어 접촉하는 내부 라이너(20)를 포함하며,상기 중합체 층(18)은 예를 들어, 나일론, 폴리우레탄 및 FETP 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 열수축성 튜브이고, 상기 라이너(20)는 예를 들어, PTFE 를 포함하며, 상기 중합체 층(18)은 상기 코일(14)에 대한 부착 즉, 열접착에 의해 상기 코일(14)을 응력을 받아 반경방향으로 확장된 상태로 유지하고, 상기 튜브(11)는 예를 들어, 대략 1mm 이하의 외경을 갖는 의료 기기.
