Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 연질합성수지를 다이스(5a)를 통해 중앙부분이 약간 볼록한 형태의 띠형태로 압출함과 동시에 회전시켜, 띠형태의 각각의 끝부분이 서로 접합되게하여 3중의 접합부분(6)이 형성된 주름관을 제조하고, 접합부분(6)의 위쪽으로 다이스(5b)를 통해 경질합성수지 재질의 보강심(3)을 압출하여 나선형으로 융착되게하고 냉각기(4)를 통해 냉각하여 일체형으로 성형하는것을 특징으로하는 주름관 제조방법.
