Claims (10)
- 메시지를 수신하기 위한 무선 통신 시스템내의 무선 통신 장치에 있어서, 상기 무선 통신 장치는,상기 메시지를 수신하기 위한 수신기와;상기 수신기에 결합되며 상기 메시지를 처리하기 위한 프로세서와;상기 프로세서에 결합되며, 메시지를 저장하기 위한 메시지 메모리와 위치 정보를 저장하기 위한 위치 메모리를 포함하는 메모리와;상기 프로세서에 결합되며, 적어도 하나의 동작 모드를 식별하며, 상기 프로세서로부터 수신된 프로세서 명령에 응답하여 동작 모드를 인에이블하는 동작 모드 관리 애플리케이션을 포함하는, 무선 통신 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 동작 모드 관리 애플리케이션은 프로세서 명령에 응답하여 위치 메모리를 액세스하며 위치 메모리에 저장된 위치 정보를 이용하여 현재 속도를 계산하도록 프로그램되며, 또한 동작 모드 관리 애플리케이션은 현재 속도에 대응하는 동작 모드를 식별하는 한 세트의 규칙들로 프로그램되는, 무선 통신 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 프로세서는 상기 동작 모드를 식별하는 동작 모드 관리 애플리케이션에 응답하여 동작 모드를 인에이블하는, 무선 통신 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 무선 통신 장치는 핸즈-프리 회로를 더 포함하며, 상기 동작 모드는 핸즈 프리 동작이며, 상기 프로세서는 상기 동작 모드를 식별하는 동작 모드 관리 애플리케이션에 응답하여 핸즈-프리 회로를 활성화하는, 무선 통신 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 무선 통신 장치는 클럭을 더 포함하며, 상기 클럭은 현재 시간을 포함하며, 상기 위치 메모리에 저장된 상기 위치 정보는 현재 시간을 포함하는, 무선 통신 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 위치 정보는 현재 위치, 현재 시간, 다수의 이전 위치들 및 다수의 이전 시간들을 포함하는, 무선 통신 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 무선 통신 장치는 다수의 GPS 신호들을 수신하기 위해서 상기 프로세서에 결합된 GPS 수신기를 더 포함하며, 상기 프로세서는 다수의 GPS 신호들을 이용하여 현재의 속도를 계산하는, 무선 통신 장치.
- 프로세서, 메모리, 및 동작 모드 관리 애플리케이션을 갖는 무선 통신 장치에서 속도 감지 동작을 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 속도 감지 동작을 위한 방법은,상기 프로세서에 의해서 현재 위치 및 현재 시간을 판정하는 단계와;상기 메모리에 현재 위치 및 현재 시간을 저장하는 단계와;동작 모드 관리 애플리케이션에 의해서 메모리에 저장된 다수의 이전 위치 정보, 현재 위치 및 현재 시간을 이용하여 현재 속도를 계산하는 단계와;상기 현재 속도를 속도 한계치와 비교하는 단계와;상기 현재 속도가 상기 속도 한계치를 초과하면 동작 모드를 식별하는 단계와;상기 동작 모드를 인에이블하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 현재 속도가 상기 속도 한계치를 더 이상 초과하지 않으면 동작 모드를 식별하는 단계와;상기 동작 모드를 디스에이블하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
- 프로세서, 메모리, 및 동작 모드 관리 애플리케이션을 갖는 무선 통신 장치에서 속도 감지 동작을 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 속도 감지 동작을 위한 방법은,상기 프로세서에 의해서 현재 위치 및 현재 시간을 판정하는 단계와;상기 메모리에 상기 현재 속도를 저장하는 단계와;상기 현재 속도를 속도 한계치와 비교하는 단계와;상기 현재 속도가 상기 속도 한계치를 초과하면 동작 모드를 식별하는 단계와;상기 동작 모드를 인에이블하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
