Claims (1)
- 그 상면에 전압제어 발진기(VCO) 모듈의 커버가 접촉되도록 얹어지고 소정위치에는 상기 VCO 모듈의 일측면 단자에 접촉되는 핀이 형성된 금속체의 고정지그와, 상기 고정지그의 상면을 슬라이드하여 상기 VCO 모듈의 다른 단자에 접촉되는 핀이 형성된 부도체의 이동지그와, 상기 고정지그에 장착되고 각각의 핀에 연결되어 신호의 입력을 수행하는 SMA 커넥터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압제어 발진기(VCO) 모듈 측정장비.
