Claims (9)
- (A) 폴리(테트라메틸렌에테르-코-2-메틸테트라메틸렌에테르),(B) 총 디이소시아네이트를 기준으로 23 내지 55 몰%의 1-이소시아네이토-2-[(4'-이소시아네이토페닐)메틸]벤젠과 1-이소시아네이토-4-[(4'-이소시아네이토페닐)메틸]벤젠의 혼합물, 및(C) 1종 이상의 사슬 연장제의 반응 생성물을 주성분으로 포함하며, 약 175 내지 190 ℃에서의 열고정 효율이 85 % 이상인 스판덱스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하중제거 힘(unload power)이 0.020 dN/tex 이상인 스판덱스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제가 에틸렌 디아민, 1,2-프로판디아민, 2-메틸-1,5-펜탄디아민, 1,3-시클로헥산디아민, 1,3-디아미노펜탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것이고, 구성성분 (A) 및 (B)의 생성물이 2.4 내지 4.6 중량%의 NCO 잔기를 함유하는 것인 스판덱스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사슬 연장제가 1,4-부탄디아민, 1,6-헥산디아민, 1,2-프로판디아민, 1,3-프로판디아민, 2-메틸-1,5-펜탄디아민, 1,4-시클로헥산디아민, 1,3-시클로헥산디아민, 1,3-디아미노펜탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 사슬 연장제와 총 사슬 연장제를 기준으로 60 내지 95 몰%의 에틸렌 디아민의 혼합물인 스판덱스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1-이소시아네이토-2-[(4'-이소시아네이토페닐)메틸]벤젠이 28 내지 55 몰%의 수준으로 존재하는 스판덱스.
- (A) 폴리(테트라메틸렌에테르-코-2-메틸테트라메틸렌에테르)를 총 디이소시아네이트를 기준으로 23 내지 55 몰%의 1-이소시아네이토-2-[(4'-이소시아네이토페닐)메틸]벤젠과 1-이소시아네이토-4-[(4'-이소시아네이토페닐)메틸]벤젠의 혼합물과 접촉시켜 약 2.4 내지 4.6 중량%의 NCO 잔기를 함유하는 생성물을 형성하는 단계,(B) 단계 (A)의 생성물에 용매를 첨가하는 단계,(C) 단계 (B)의 생성물을 1종 이상의 사슬 연장제와 접촉시키는 단계, 및(D) 단계 (C)의 생성물을 방사하여 스판덱스를 형성하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 약 175 내지 190 ℃에서의 열고정 효율이 85 % 이상인 스판덱스의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 1-이소시아네이토-2-[(4'-이소시아네이토페닐)메틸]벤젠이 25 내지 55 몰%의 수준으로 존재하고, 사슬 연장제가 2-메틸-1,5-펜탄디아민, 1,4-시클로헥산디아민, 1,3-시클로헥산디아민 및 1,3-디아미노펜탄으로 이루어진군으로부터 선택된 사슬 연장제와 총 사슬 연장제를 기준으로 60 내지 95 몰%의 에틸렌 디아민의 혼합물이고, 스판덱스를 분 당 약 750 미터를 초과하는 속도로 방사하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 1-이소시아네이토-2-[(4'-이소시아네이토페닐)메틸]벤젠이 28 내지 55 몰%로 존재하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 스판덱스의 하중제거 힘이 0.020 dN/tex 이상이고, 사슬 연장제가 에틸렌 디아민, 1,4-부탄디아민, 1,6-헥산디아민, 1,2-프로판디아민, 1,3-프로판디아민, 2-메틸-1,5-펜탄디아민, 1,4-시클로헥산디아민, 1,3-시클로헥산디아민, 1,3-디아미노펜탄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
