Claims (5)
- 땜납(solder)을 용융상태(熔融狀態)로 유지할 수 있는 용기에 히터(heater)가 설치되고, 상기 용기 상에는 밑면에 교반편(攪拌片)을 회전시킬 수 있도록 부착시키는 뚜껑부재가 착탈(着脫) 가능하게 재치(載置)되고, 뚜껑부재에는 용기 내로 드로스 분리제(dross 分離劑)를 살포(撒布)할 수 있는 개구(開口)가 뚫려서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 땜납 드로스의 분리장치(device for separating solder dross).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 뚜껑부재는 전부 또는 일부가 내열성(耐熱性)의 투명한 재료로형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 땜납 드로스의 분리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 개구에는 개폐(開閉) 뚜껑이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 땜납 드로스의 분리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 개구에는 살포장치(撒布裝置)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 땜납 드로스의 분리장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,살포장치는, 원통(圓筒) 모양 본체의 중심에 상기 원통 모양 본체의 상하부에서 돌출되는 축(軸)이 회전하도록 설치되고, 축의 상단(上端)은 모터(motor)와 연동(連動)되고, 축의 하단(下端)에는 본체 하부와 적당한 간격을 두는 위치에 원통 모양 본체의 내경보다 큰 직경의 원반(圓盤)이 고정되고, 상기 간격은 원반이 정지상태(靜止狀態)인 때에 원반 상에 쌓여 있는 분말(粉末) 상태의 분리제(分離劑)가 안식각(安息角 : angle of repose)에서 흘러 내려서 떨어지지 않는 간격으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 땜납 드로스의 분리장치.
