Claims (4)
- 대략 직사각형의 페이스부를 갖는 패널부와 네크부를 구비한 퍼넬부로 이루어지는 유리벌브로서,상기 유리벌브는 음극선관으로 했을 때에 내부가 진공인 상기 유리벌브의 외표면에 대기압이 부하됨으로써 발생하는 인장응력 영역을 갖고, 상기 인장응력의 상기 페이스부에서의 최대값을 σVP로 했을 때, 상기 패널부의 상기 페이스부 중 적어도 σVP가 발생하는 영역의 외표면에는 화학강화에 의해 압축응력층이 형성되어 있고, 상기 압축응력층의 압축응력의 크기가 σC㎫, 압축응력층의 두께가 tC㎛ 일 때, σVP≥20 ㎫ 이고, σVP와 σC와 tC사이에,120/tC≥(1 - |σVP/σC|) 〉30/tC인 관계가 성립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 유리벌브.
- 대략 직사각형의 페이스부를 갖는 패널부와 네크부를 구비한 퍼넬부로 이루어지는 유리벌브로서,상기 유리벌브는 음극선관으로 했을 때에 내부가 진공인 상기 유리벌브의 외표면에 대기압이 부하됨으로써 발생하는 인장응력 영역을 갖고, 상기 인장응력의 상기 퍼넬부에서의 최대값을 σVF로 했을 때, 상기 퍼넬부의 적어도 σVF가 발생하는 영역의 외표면에는 화학강화에 의해 압축응력층이 형성되어 있고, 상기 압축응력층의 압축응력의 크기가 σC㎫, 압축응력층의 두께가 tC㎛ 일 때, σVF≥10 ㎫ 이고, σVF와 σC와 tC사이에,120/tC≥(1 - |σVF/σC|) 〉30/tC인 관계가 성립하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 유리벌브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 화학강화에 의한 상기 압축응력층이 상기 패널부 중 적어도 상기 페이스부의 외표면과 내표면 및 상기 퍼넬부의 적어도 보디부의 외표면과 내표면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관용 유리벌브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 음극선관용 유리벌브를 사용하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
