Claims (6)
- 광디스크에서 회절되는 반사광을 검출하는 포토다이오드를 포함하는 광디스크의 틸트 검출장치에 있어서, 상기 포토다이오드의 셀을 복수개 설치하여 회절되는 반사광의 틸트에 의해 상대적으로 광량의 차이가 많이 발생하는 영역과, 틸트에 의해 상대적으로 광량의 차이가 발생하지 않는 영역을 구분하여 광을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크의 래디얼 틸트 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포토다이오드는 회절되는 반사광의 중심을 축으로 좌우분선, 상하 분선 및 대각 분선으로 나누어지는 8분할 영역의 반사광을 각각 검출하는 8분할 포토다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크의 래디얼 틸트 검출 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 회절되는 반사광을 분할한 다수의 분영역의 광이 다수의 포토다이오드의 셀 각각에 인가되도록 회절시키는 홀로그램패턴을 더 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크의 래디얼 틸트 검출 장치.
- 광디스크에서 회절되는 반사광을 좌우로 분할하고, 그 좌우로 분할한 영역에서 틸트의 발생에 의해 광량의 변화가 큰 영역과 광량의 변화가 작은 영역을 분할하여 검출하는 단계와; 상기 광량의 차가 큰 영역의 좌측 광량의 합과 우측 광량의합의 차를 구하여 제1푸시풀신호를 산출하는 단계와; 상기 광량의 차가 작은 영역의 좌측 광량의 합과 우측 광량의 합의 차를 구하여 제2푸시풀신호를 산출하는 단계와; 상기 제2푸시풀신호에 상수를 곱하여 그 결과를 제1푸시풀신호에서 감하여 틸트량에만 의존하는 푸시풀신호를 산출하는 단계와; 틸트 에러의 기준인 트랙킹에러 신호에서 상기 푸시풀신호를 감하여 틸트를 보상하는 틸트신호를 산출하는 단계로 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크의 래디얼 틸트 검출 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 제1푸시풀신호는 반사광의 좌측영역의 상반부 또는 하반부 내에서 틸트에 의해 광량의 차가 상대적으로 많이 나는 영역의 광량과, 반사광 우측영역의 상반부 또는 하반부 내에서 틸트에 의해 광량의 차가 상대적으로 많이 나는 영역의 광량의 차를 구하여 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크의 래디얼 틸트 검출 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 제2푸시풀신호는 반사광의 좌측영역의 상반부 또는 하반부 내에서 틸트에 의해 광량의 차가 상대적으로 작게 나는 영역의 광량과, 반사광 우측영역의 상반부 또는 하반부 내에서 틸트에 의해 광량의 차가 상대적으로 작게 나는 영역의 광량의 차를 구하여 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크의 래디얼 틸트 검출 방법.
