Claims (4)
- 한쪽 기판위에 박막 표시소자가 구비되어 있고, 다른 한쪽 기판위에는 컬러필터가 구비되며, 하판의 박막 트랜지스터의 기생용량 면적을 충전율의 변화없이 패널 위치별로 서로 다르게 하여 화면 떨림현상을 방지할 수 있는 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 플리커 현상을 개선한 액정 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 동일한 턴온전류 인가시 충전율은 동일하게 유지시키면서 박막트랜지스터의 W, L은 패널 위치별로 동일하게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플리커 현상을 개선한 액정 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 박막 트랜지스터의 기생용량 면적을 게이트 신호인가단으로부터 멀어질수록 크게 형성하기 위해서 박막 트랜지스터부의 소스/드레인부를 쉬프트 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플리커 현상을 개선한 액정 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 박막 트랜지스터의 기생용량 면적 차이를 패널 첫단, 중단, 끝단의 블록으로 나누어 그 면적을 달리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플리커 현상을 개선한 액정 디스플레이 패널.
