Description
Claims (27)
- 제1 표면과, 제2 표면과, 제1 에지와, 제2 에지를 포함하는 광투과성 필름으로서,제1 표면에는 복수 개의 광학 구조가 형성되어 있고, 이 복수 개의 광학 구조는 제1 표면에 소정의 패턴으로 배열되며, 상기 광학 구조의 각각은 진폭, 주기 및 종횡비로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 특성을 갖고, 상기 특성은 제1 에지와 제2 에지 사이에 있는 필름의 예정된 제1 위치에 대해서는 제1의 값을, 상기 필름의 제1 에지와 제2 에지 사이에서 상기 예정된 제1 위치와는 다른 필름의 예정된 제2 위치에 대해서는 상기 제1의 값과는 다른 제2의 값을 갖는 것인 광투과성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특성은 예정된 제1 위치에서 예정된 제2 위치를 향할수록 그 강도가 감소되는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예정된 제1 위치는 제1 에지에 거의 인접한 것인 광학 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 특성은 상기 예정된 제1 위치에서 최대값을 갖고, 상기 예정된 제2 위치에서 최소값을 갖는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 광학 구조는 이산적인 광학 형성부를 제1 표면 내에 포함하는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 이산적인 광학 형성부는 프리즘, 직선, 정사각형, 점 및 타원으로 이루어진 그룹 중 선택되는 형성부를 포함하는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 표면에 형성되는 렌즈를 더 포함하고, 상기 복수 개의 광학 구조는 이 렌즈에 형성되는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 선형 프레넬 렌즈, 원형 프레넬 렌즈 및 렌티큘러 렌즈로 이루어진 그룹 중 선택되는 렌즈를 포함하는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 광학 구조는 서로 거의 유사한 형상을 갖는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 구조는 상기 패턴의 범위 내에서 균일하게 분산되는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수 개의 광학 구조는 상기 예정된 제1 위치에서 제1광학 효과를 일으키고, 상기 예정된 제2 위치에서 상기 제1 광학 효과와는 다른 제2 광학 효과를 일으키는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제1 표면과, 제2 표면과, 제1 에지와 제2 에지를 포함하는 광투과성 필름과;상기 제1 표면에 형성된 복수 개의 광학 구조로서, 이 복수 개의 광학 구조는 제1 표면에 예정된 패턴으로 배열되며, 상기 광학 구조의 각각은 진폭, 주기 및 종횡비로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 특성을 갖고, 상기 특성은 제1 에지와 제2 에지 사이에 있는 필름의 예정된 제1 위치에 대해서는 제1의 값을, 상기 필름의 제1 에지와 제2 에지 사이에서 상기 예정된 제1 위치와는 다른 필름의 예정된 제2 위치에 대해서는 상기 제1의 값과는 다른 제2의 값을 갖는 것인 복수 개의 광학 구조와;입력 표면과 출력 표면을 구비하는 광 가이드를 포함하고, 상기 광 가이드의 입력 표면과 출력 표면 중 하나에 상기 필름이 결합되는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 광 가이드는 쐐기형, 유사 쐐기형, 슬랩형 및 중공형 보디 중 하나를 포함하는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 광 가이드는 내부 전반사의 누설에 의해 작동하는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 광 가이드는 확산 추출법으로 작동하는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 특성은 상기 예정된 제1 위치에서 상기 예정된 제2 위치를 향할수록 그 강도가 감소되는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 예정된 제1 위치는 제1 에지에 거의 인접한 것인 광학 요소.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 광학 구조는 확산을 제공하도록 구성되는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 특성은 상기 예정된 제1 위치에서 최대값을 갖고 상기 예정된 제2 위치에서 최소값을 갖는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 각 광학 구조는 이산적인 광학 형성부를 제1 표면 내에 포함하는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 복수 개의 광학 구조는 광 가이드로부터의 빛을 확산추출하도록 배열되는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 광투과성 필름은 광 가이드에 접합되는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 광투과성 필름은 접착제로 광 가이드에 접합되는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제1 표면과, 제2 표면과, 제1 에지와, 제2 에지와, 상기 제1 표면에 형성된 복수 개의 광학 구조를 포함하고,상기 복수 개의 광학 구조는 제1 표면에 예정된 패턴으로 배열되며, 상기 광학 구조의 각각은 진폭, 주기 및 종횡비로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 특성을 갖고, 상기 특성은 제1 에지와 제2 에지 사이에 있는 제1 표면의 예정된 제1 위치에 대해서는 제1의 값을, 상기 제1 표면의 제1 에지와 제2 에지 사이에서 상기 예정된 제1 위치와는 다른 제1 표면의 예정된 제2 위치에 대해서는 상기 제1의 값과는 다른 제2의 값을 갖는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제24항에 있어서, 광투과성 필름을 포함하는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제24항에 있어서, 광투과성 쐐기를 포함하는 것인 광학 요소.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 제2 표면에 형성된 복수 개의 광학 구조를 더 포함하고, 이 복수 개의 광학 구조는 제2 표면에 예정된 패턴으로 배열되며, 상기 광학 구조의 각각은 진폭, 주기 및 종횡비로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 특성을 갖고, 상기 특성은 제1 에지와 제2 에지 사이에 있는 제2 표면의 예정된 제1 위치에 대해서는 제1의 값을, 상기 제2 표면의 제1 에지와 제2 에지 사이에서 상기 예정된 제1 위치와는 다른 제2 표면의 예정된 제2 위치에 대해서는 상기 제1의 값과는 다른 제2의 값을 갖는 것인 광학 요소.
