Claims (32)
- 탄화수소 재료를 제공하는 단계,상기 탄화수소 재료를 반응 챔버에 장입하는 단계,상기 반응 챔버에 점토 및 금속 분말 촉매를 첨가하는 단계, 및실질적으로 완전히 열분해시키기 위해 충분한 시간동안 반응 챔버를 가열하는 단계,를 포함하며, 상기 방법은 진공을 유지할때 일어나고, 최소의 비-열분해 물질을 가지는 실질적으로 비-탄화 및 비-산화된 고체 잔류물, 실질적으로 비-산화 및 무-폴리방향족 액체 탄화수소 생성물 및 가연성 기체를 포함하는 반응 생성물을 생성하는 탄화수소 재료의 저에너지 열분해 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점토는 몬트모릴로나이트, 벤토나이트, 베이딜라이트 및 그들의 조합으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점토는 기둥형 점토인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점토는 천연 광석인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점토는 시판 점토함유 제품인 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 시판 점토 함유 제품은 찌끼(cat litter) 및 오일 유출 흡수제 및 그들의 조합으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점토 및 금속 분말 촉매는 상기 탄화수소 재료의 총 중량에 기초하여, 약 0.01 중량% 내지 3.0 중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속 분말은 [Al][Mg][점토]가 약 [0.1 내지 2]:[0.1 내지 2]:[8]의 비율로 점토에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 분말은 [Al][Mg][점토]가 약 [0.5 내지 1]:[0.5 내지 1]:[8]의 비율로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 분말은 알루미늄 및 마그네슘 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 재료의 반응 온도는 열분해를 완결시키기에 충분한 시간동안 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가열은 적어도 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 단계로 일어나고, 반응의 발열적 성질을 이용하여 연료 투입량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단계에서 상기 가열은 반응 온도를 약 450 내지 850℉로, 열분해를 개시하기에 충분한 시간동안 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단계에서 상기 가열은 반응 온도를 약 450 내지 850℉로, 열분해를 계속시키기에 충분한 시간동안 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 단계에서 상기 가열은 반응 온도를 약 450 내지 850℉로, 열분해를 완결시키기에 충분한 시간동안 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 단계는 시간의 흐름에 따라 연속적으로 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 재료가 상기 반응 챔버를 통과해 이동함에 따라, 상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 단계는 공간에 걸쳐 순차적으로 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 진공은 약 2 in Hg 내지 16 in Hg의 압력에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 고무 생성물 및 촉매를 저온 반응기의 입구로 전달하기 위한 공급시스템;활성화, 분해 및 완결 지역이 있는 하나 이상의 긴 반응기 챔버(상기 하나 이상의 반응기 챔버는 각각 재료를 상기 반응기를 통해 입구로 부터 전달하고, 고체 생성물을 상기 반응기로 부터 출구로 전달하기 위한 나선형 오거를 가짐);투입, 반응 개시, 생성물 분해, 반응 완결 및 증기 및 고체 물질의 추출을 위해 반응기 챔버의 각각의 끝에 위치해 있는 입구 및 출구 저장소;및고체 물질 회수 시스템을 포함하는, 재사용 또는 환경적으로 안전한 처분을 위해 유기 및 무기 물질을 포함하는 버려진 차량용 타이어 및 다른 고무 기재 물질의 구성성분의 재생 및 회수를 위한 장치.
- 제 41 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 반응기 챔버의 분해 지역으로 부터 증기를 회수하기 위한 증기 회수 시스템을 더 포함하며, 상기 증기 회수 시스템은,상기 하나 이상의 반응기 챔버로 부터의 증기를 응축시키기 위한 열교환기;상기 열 교환기에서 응축된 액체를 분리하기 위한 액체/기체 분리기;및상기 하나 이상의 저온 반응기 챔버를 진공으로 유지하면서, 증기를 상기 하나 이상의 저온 반응기 챔버의 분해 챔버로 부터 상기 열교환기 및 상기 액체/기체 분리기를 통과하여 제거하기 위한 진공 펌프;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 41 항에 있어서, 공급 시스템은 나선형 오거인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 41 항에 있어서, 출구 컨베이어는 나선형 오거인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 타이어 조각을 원료 공급원으로 부터 컨베이어에 의해 공급 저장소로 전달하는 단계; 및타이어 조각을 공급 저장소로 부터 나선형 오거에 의해 저온 반응 챔버의 입구로 전달하는 단계;를 포함하는, 재사용 또는 환경적으로 안전한 처분을 위해 잘게 잘린 버려진 차량용 타이어 및 다른 고무 제품의 구성성분의 재생 및 회수를 위한 방법.
