Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO DE PIRóLISE DE BAIXO CONSUMO DE ENERGIA DE MATERIAIS DE HIDROCARBONETOS, TAL COMO BORRACHA". Um processo de pirólise de baixo consumo de energia de borracha ou de outro material de hidrocarboneto é proporcionado. O material de hidrocarboneto é aquecido, enquanto se mantendo um vácuo, usando um catalisador de argila. Em uma outra concretização, a temperatura da câmara reacional e a entrada de combustível correspondente são variadas com o tempo ou espacialmente dentro da câmara reacional, para tirar vantagem das propriedades exotérmicas da reação. Com o processo da presente invenção, um produto de reação sólido pode ser obtido, bem como um líquido tendo um teor reduzido de contaminantes de hidrocarbonetos poliaromáticos e orgânicos oxidados.
