Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 레이저빔을 조사하는 광학헤드와;광학헤드를 유지 및 회동시키는 회동유지기구를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 조사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 광학헤드를 유지하여 광학헤드가 광학헤드의 중심을 지나는 축에 대해 회동될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 조사장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 용접선과 직교방향으로 광학헤드를 회동시키는 제1회동유지 유니트와, 용접선의 방향으로 광학헤드를 회동시키기 위한 제2회동유지 유니트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 조사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 광학헤드를 회동시키기 위해 광학헤드에 구동력을 전달하는 회동링크기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 조사장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 광학헤드를 회동시키기 위해 광학헤드에 구동력을 전달하는 회동링크기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 조사장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 광학헤드를 회동시키기 위해 광학헤드에 구동력을 전달하는 회동링크기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 조사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광학헤드가 YAG 레이저빔을 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 조사장치.
- 로보트 암과;레이저빔을 조사하는 광학헤드와, 광학헤드를 유지 및 회동시키는 회동유지기구를 포함하고, 로보트 암에 부착된 레이저 조사장치를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 광학헤드를 유지하여 광학헤드가 광학헤드의 중심을 지나는 축에 대해 회동될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 용접선과 직교방향으로 광학헤드를 회동시키는 제1회동유지 유니트와, 용접선의 방향으로 광학헤드를 회동시키기 위한 제2회동유지 유니트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 광학헤드를 회동시키기 위해 광학헤드에 구동력을 전달하는 회동링크기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트.
- 제9항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 광학헤드를 회동시키기 위해 광학헤드에 구동력을 전달하는 회동링크기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트.
- 제10항에 있어서, 회동유지기구가 광학헤드를 회동시키기 위해 광학헤드에 구동력을 전달하는 회동링크기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 광학헤드가 YAG 레이저빔을 방사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로보트.
