Claims (19)
- -휠의 내측에서 발신된 신호의 반사에 의한 타이어의 변형을 측정함으로서 타이어의 변형을 결정하는 단계와;-상기 휠의 기설정된 동작 특성에 상응하는 상기 타이어의 변형값을 포함하는 데이터베이스를 포함하는 단계와;-상기 기설정된 변형값과 상기 측정된 변형값을 비교하는 단계와;-차량의 동작 특성을 제어하기 위해 사용되는 상기 비교의 결과에 따라 신호를 발신하는 단계를 구비한 타이어가 제공된 적어도 하나의 휠을 포함하는 차량 운동 제어 방법
- -타이어의 성능에 관한 데이터를 제공하는 단계와;-휠 내부에서 발신된 신호에 의해 상기 타이어의 동작 특성에 관한 데이터를 수신하는 단계와;-상기 테이터를 서로 비교하고 이 비교의 결과에 따라 상기 차량의 제어 장치를 기동하기 위한 단계를 포함하는 공압 휠상에서 주행하는 차량 제어 방법
- 주어진 팽창 압력에서 차량에 설치된 적어도 하나의 타이어의 케이싱 프로파일의 특징적인 변형의 정도를 측정하는 단계와;-이와 같은 특징적인 변형값과 변형 측정 상태에 있는 타이어의 동작 특성을나타내는 저장값을 비교하는 단계와;-이동중인 차량의 차고를 제어하는 적어도 하나의 메카니즘을 조절하고, 상기 메카니즘에 취해진 작용에 대응하여 차량의 동작 특성을 기설정된 동작 특성의 제한치로 유지하거나, 이러한 제한치내로 복귀시킬수 있도록 적어도 하나의 장치에 작용하는 신호를 발생시키는 단계를 구비한 이동중이 차량의 동장 특성 제어 방법
- 차량의 타이어에 의해 지면으로 전달된 힘과 상호 작용하는 적어도 하나의 양(quantity)을 측정하는 적어도 하나의 유닛과;상기 힘과 관련된 상기 타이어의 동작 특성을 나타내는 기설정된 값을 구비한 데이터베이스와;상기 적어도 하나의 측정 유닛과 소통되고, 이러한 상기 양의 값과 상기 테이터베이스의 값을 비교하는 것이 가능하고, 상기 차량의 동작 특성을 제어하기 위해 사용되는 하나의 신호를 발신할 수 있는 데이터 처리 유닛을 구비한 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 신호는 경고 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 신호는 차량의 동작 특성을 기설정된 동작 특성의 제한 값내로 유지하거나, 이러한 제한값내로 복귀시키기 위한 상기 차량의 차고를 제어하는 메카니즘 제어용 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 신호는 상기 제어 메카니즘을 조절하는 장치에 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 측정 유닛은 상기 타이어의 회전 속도를 측정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 측정 유닛은 상기 타이어의 팽창 압력을 측정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 측정 유닛은 상기 타이어의 지지림(2)으로 삽입된 적어도 하나의 센서를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 측정 유닛은 상기 타이어의 내면에 위치된 반사 요소(12)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 양은 기설정된 방향에서의 상기 타이어의 케이싱 프로파일의 변형량인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 측정 유닛은 상기 반경 방향과, 횡방향과, 원주방향으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 방향으로 상기 케이싱 프로파일의 변형을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 반경 방향의 변형은 주어진 팽창 압력에서 상기 타이어에 의해 발생된 수직력과 상호 연관되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 횡방향의 변형은 주어진 팽창 압력에서 상기 타이어에 의해 발생된 측력과 상호 연관되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 원주 방향의 변형은 주어진 팽창 압력에서 상기 타이어에 의해 발생된 종력과 상호 연관되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동 차량의 동작 특성 제어용 시스템.
- -상기 차량의 허브와 결합될 수 있는 지지림(2)과;-상기 림에 장착되어 있는 타이어를 구비하고 있고; 상기 타이어는 축방향으로 대향하는 한쌍의 사이드월(10, 10') 사이에 축방향으로 연장된 크라운 부분이 제공된 케이싱 구조물(4)을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 케이싱 구조물은 상기 타이어를 해당 지지림(2)에 결합하기 위한 비이드(5, 5')로 마무리되며, 상기 케이싱 구조물에는 적어도 하나의 강화 플라이가 제공되어 있으며, 상기 플라이는 상기 비이드에 박힌 상응하는 환형의 강화 구조물과 결합된 터미날 플랩(terminal flaps)을 갖고 상기 케이싱의 토로이달 프로파일을 형성하며,-상기 타이어 내에서 반사되는 신호 발신기와;-상기 타이어에 의해서 지면으로 전달되는 힘과 상호 관련된 양을 측정하는 상기 신호의 수신기를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공압휠(Pneumatic Wheel For Vehicles).
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 발신기와 상기 수신기는 하나의 센서로 통합된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공압휠.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 측정치를 상기 휠의 외측에 위치된 데이터 처리 유닛에 전송하는 적어도 하나의 유닛을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 공압휠.
